Base Class: Rogue
Always on the move, Drifters are rugged survivors above all else. Taking odd jobs across Wildspace, they're never afraid to get their hands dirty, or fight dirty. They focus on getting the upper-hand on their opponent. Although they are threats to be reckoned with on their own, they become great threats when they have allies to make use of the control they exert over the battlefield. Wear your cod piece and goggles when a Drifter takes the field.
Cheap Shot
Starting at 3rd level, you've grown weary of fighting fair, much to the dismay of your foes. You may wield a one-handed ranged weapon in your off-hand. If you do, that weapon's effective range is reduced by half, but you gain advantage when making an attack with that weapon in melee range.
Dirty Fighting
Starting at 9th level, you have mastered the art of fighting dirty. After you successfully hit a creature, you may use your bonus action to impose disadvantage on all attacks, ability saves, and skill checks until your next turn. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum of once) per long rest.
Crippler
Starting at 13th level, you've learned how to really make it hurt. Whenever you successfully Sneak Attack a creature, instead of rolling the additional Sneak Attack Damage, you may blind, deafen, stun, or incapacitate that creature. A creature stunned or incapacitated by you this way cannot be stunned or incapacitated by you again using this feature again for the remainder of that encounter.
Seen it All
By 17th level, you've seen everything there is to see; every trick, every trap, every card up a sleeve. Starting at 17th level, you get a special reaction in combat that you can take once every creature's turn, except your turn. You can use this special reaction only to use Uncanny Dodge, and you can't use it on the same turn that you take your normal reaction.
