Outrider

Upon reaching level 3, You gain proficiency with firearms and animal handling, if you do not already have those proficiencies.

Desperate Measures

Starting at 3rd level, you have the ability to gain a special condition, called Desperation. You can have up to three levels of desperation. You can  gain a level of desperation for each individual  prerequisite met. You immediately lose a level of desperation if the situation changes to where the prerequisite is no longer met.  You can gain a level of desperation if at any point during your turn:

  1. The number of visible adversarial creatures outnumbers the amount of visible friendly creatures ( including yourself).
  2. You have less than 5 + your Rogue level of HP remaining.
  3. If 2 or more adversarial creatures are within 10 feet of you.
  4. If 2 or more adversarial creatures are ahead of you in initiative.
  5. You see an adversarial creature that has a CR of 2x your character level and is also within 60 feet of you.
  6. If 1 or more friendly creatures that you can see within 60 feet of you have 0hp, and are making death saving throws.
  7.  You are fighting in a Duel
  8.  If you have 2 or more of the following negative status effects active on your character( blinded, deafened, paralyzed, restrained, poisoned)

The levels of desperation you gain are cumulative and will affect your abilities.

Desperation 1- You gain the ability to make 2 reactions during a round, instead of one.

Desperation 2- You are immune to the Frightened condition. Additionally, you may use your reaction to reload your weapon or to dodge.

Desperation 3- If you reduce a creature to 0 hp, you may attack again with disadvantage. You may continue to do this additional attack until a creature has not been reduced to 0 hp. You additionally have advantage on all Constitution and Death Saving Throws.

Underhanded Draw

Starting at 9th level, you aim to win a duel, using distraction, dishonor, or desperation. During a duel, you may use a reaction to force an opposing creature to reroll. You may also add the total number of your desperation levels to each roll you make in a duel adding that number to your Duel Point total.

Despite All Odds

Starting a level 13, If you successfully hit a creature on attack made with disadvantage, you may choose to either disarm an item held in the creatures hand or knock it prone. Additionally, attacks made with disadvantage deal an additional 1d4 points of damage for each level of desperation you have.

Ready for Trouble

Once initiative is rolled, you may choose to switch your initiative placement with that of another visible creature's. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
