Base Class: Paladin
(Greetings! Before I get into the subclass I have to quickly mention the elephant in the room. This subclass is somewhat lore specific to a world where one of my beloved PCs destroyed one of my moons. So the 'original' subclass, Oath of the Broken Moon has it's important parts. Idril, goddess of winter. Their celestial body that embodies them, the winter moon. The other two moons and sun that embody the other seasons. And of course, that she's shattered into a million pieces. But, like I said in the short description. That can all very easily with very minor changes be changed into a Protective Winter Paladin! Just change Idril into another winter deity or literally just the moon... And you should be golden friend ^^ Oh yeah the reason it's not called "Oath of the Shattered Moon" is because the name was one character too long. Now, let's get into the class that has the reminder text "If you are dead, you are removed from turn order once combat is over.")
Ever since the celestial body of Idril was shattered many Pallids and other followers of said moon have turned towards more fanatical beliefs. The Oath of the Broken Moon binds those Paladins who still stand for Idril's former glory, the ones who can feel the warmth and confort of the winter moon, the Paladins who will restore their deity to their former glory.
The Paladins of the Broken Moon are accepting the current setbacks in life but yet striving for the restoration of their and their deity's former glory, and even if some of the Oathsworn have taken after Idril's shattered appearance or shattered quirks they are still pure of heart to strive after Idril's restoration. Ever resilient, and ever standing
Tenets of the Shattered Moon.
Blessings upon you. Idril's blessings and their protections are for everyone who wishes to accept them. Your loyalty is not bound to any one race.
Restored once more. Even though we all, deities to mortals, go through our own shatterings. Through our beloved ones and everyone else we hold dear we can be restored once more.
Community. Idril's season forces ourselves to gather and spend time with our beloved ones. There is no thing more valuable than our beloved.
Protect your beloved. Just as Idril is the one who shattered to protect their big sibling Palia's celestial body, we must be ready to shatter to protect our beloved.
Winter's Purpose. Idril's season's purpose is to keep us humble by protecting us from ourselves and our greed. Always uphold their purpose.

Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Moonlight's Many Protections. You can use your Channel Divinity to protect others. Immediately when a creature you can see within 30 feet of you is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to magically take that damage, instead. This feature transfers any other effects that might accompany the attack. Until the start of your next turn you may repeat this effect as many times as you wish without spending a reaction, even if you are incapacitated, unconscious or dead. (If you are dead, you are removed from turn order once combat is over.)
Icy Casing. You can use your Channel Divinity to bring winter's cold. As an action, you can choose a number of creatures you can see within 30 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Proficiency Bonus. For 1 minute, the chosen creatures have their speed is halved and gain +2 AC. An unwilling creature must make a CON saving throw to avoid the effect.
You can end this effect on your turn as part of any other action.
Unbroken Aura
Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you have advantage on Death Saving Throws.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Mastery over Cold
Beginning at 15th level, the Paladin gains immunity to cold damage and you may ignore resistances to cold damage.
Winter's Warmth
At 20th level, you gain the ability to control winter's power and embrace people in winter's warmth or freeze them with it. As a bonus action, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- When you deal cold damage, you may it heal the target for half as much instead.
- Enemy creatures that start their turns within 60 feet of you have their speed reduced to 10 feet.
- You are immune to being incapacitated and unconscious. (If you start your turn at 0 Hit Points, you still roll Death Saving Throws)
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
