There has been tales, of monks study the art of the heart. According to their belief, should one move in synchrony with their heart, one exceeds their limits, if just for a single beat.

Vibrant Fist

Starting at 3rd level, you learn how to disrupt others, with the rhythm of your heart.

  • Reverberation: Your heart beats in harmony, with its own echo, becoming louder and stronger.
  • During a fight, at the start of a round, you gain 1 reverberation.
  • The maximum amount of reverberation your heart can achieve is 2.
  • Any saving throw, caused by abilities using reverberation, uses the DC of your Ki.
  • Vibrant Fist: When you hit a creature with a melee attack, you can expend one 1 reverberation to disrupt it.
  • Disruption: You force the enemy's rhythm into disharmony.
  • Target creature deals 1d4 less damage for round.
  • If you disrupt a creature that is already under the effect of disruption, its duration is changed to rounds.

Voice of Life

Also by 3rd level, you can read the heart's beat.

  • Voice of Life: You are able to hear the heartbeat of creatures within 20ft.
  • Within that range, you notice if a creature is suffering from disease or exhaustion, and its severity.
  • You can locate living creatures within the range, as if you had blindsight.
  • This does not work while you are deafened.

Echoing Palm

Starting at 6th level, your heart beats, your palm echoes.

  • Heart Palm: You channel the pulse of your heart, onto your enemies.
  • It costs all your reverberation, and requires an action.
  • Choose a direction, your pulse travels a 20ft. straight line.
  • Every creature within the area, needs to make a constitution saving throw.
  • On fail, they take 4 radiant damage, and are disrupted.
  • On success, they take only the damage.
  • For every reverberation consumed higher than 1, the disruption increases by 1d4.
  • Echo: If an ally is hit, it can resonate with them, and create an Echo.
  • From their position, Heart Palm extends by another 20ft.
  • The ally itself is not affected, and he can choose the direction of the Echo.
  • It can echo for each reverberation consumed.

Blood Ki

Also by 6th level, you learn to cycle Ki in your blood, to enhance your body's performance.

  • Blood Ki: By using 1 Ki, you can enhance your abilities by 1 reverberation.
  • The enhancement can not exceed more than 1 extra reverberation at a time.
  • Voice of Life: you are more sensitive towards the flow of blood.
  • If a creature is within range, you notice if it is relaxed, tense or in fight or flight mode.
  • You also notice any kind of bleeding, even if it's internal.

Physique of the Unshaken Heart

Starting at 11th level, your blood Ki has nourished your body and your heart has shaped it.

  • Unshaken Heart: It roars in defiance, against all desiring to stop it.
  • Once per long rest, you can ignore paralyzation, and petrification.
  • The maximum amount your heart can achieve is 4 reverberations.
  • The reverberations passively grant +1 to constitution saving throws.
  • If you help an ally, you synchronize your heart with theirs, gaining 1 reverberation.
  • You control how many reverberations your abilities consume.
  • Perfect Vibrant Fist: All your melee attacks cause disruption.
  • By consuming 1 reverberation, you deal extraradiant damage, and gain reach.
  • Great Pulse: Release a powerful pulse, affecting all nearby enemies, and shielding allies.
  • Requires an action, and reverberations.
  • All creatures within a 10ft. radius around you, need to make a constitution saving throw.
  • On fail, they are disrupted for 3d4.
  • On success, they are not affected.
  • Allies within range, receive temporary hit points equal to your monk levels.
  • For every reverberation higher than 3, increase disruption by 1d4.
  • Echo: Great Pulse can echo on allies without a limit.
  • Allies only have a 5ft. radius.
  • Great Pulse echo cannot create another one.

Antediluvian

There was a time, where the world was full of sin. Only a few were able to keep their life pure within this hell. You have rekindled the lost potential.

  • Unshaken Heart: It rings the drums of war.
  • You begin a fight with 2 reverberations.
  • You can ignore Instant death as well.
  • Doing so, requires a charge, causes you to lose all reverberations, and you take 3necrotic damage that can not be negated or reduced.
  • Mastery of Blood Ki: With a bonus action, you can use 2 Ki, to empower one of your nearby allies.
  • The target, gains resistance to radiant and necrotic damage, and advantage with constitution saving throws, for 1 minute.
  • Empowered allies don't count towards the Echo limit of Heart Palm, and Great Pulse becomes 10ft.
  • Lost Potential: By consuming 5 reverberations, you can unleash a disruptive aura, for 1 minute.
  • Every enemy within 5ft., deals half as much damage.
  • Enemies need to succeed on a charisma saving throw, to leave the aura.
  • On fail, they can't move outside for 1 round.
  • On success, they can.
  • Forceful movement that results, with the enemy outside the radius, requires no saving throw.
  • For the duration, you are under the effect of dispel evil and good.
  • Should the concentration be broken, Lost Potential ends.
