Base Class: Wizard
A Battle Mage is naturally adept in the ways of the arcane, but learned to be proficient with armor and weapon. Battle Mages are usually those were were born with magic but decided a fighter's life or the life of a knight for house and home was better suited to their personality.
Arcane Blade
When you adopt this tradition at 2nd level, you gain proficiency with light armor, medium armor, and you gain proficiency with one type of one-handed melee weapon of your choice. also, when you make a melee weapon attack, you may use your bonus action to expend a spell slot to increase the damage. This damage is equal to 2d4 plus 1d4 per level of the spell slot expended, and you can choose what damage type this damage deals from the following options: Acid, Cold, Fire, Lighting, Necrotic, or Radiant. This attack is magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances.
Weapon Bond
When you choose this Archetype at 2nd level, you learn a ritual
that creates a magical bond between yourself and one weapon.
You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be
done during a short rest. The weapon must be within your
reach throughout the ritual, at the conclusion of which you
touch the weapon and forge the bond.
Once you have bonded a weapon to yourself, you can't be
disarmed of that weapon unless you are incapacitated. If it is on
the same plane of existence, you can summon that weapon as a
bonus action on your turn, causing it to teleport instantly to
your hand.
You can have up to two bonded weapons, but can summon
only one at a time with your bonus action. If you attempt to
bond with a third weapon, you must break the bond with one of
the other two. These weapons also count as a spellcasting focus
when wielded by you.

Beginning at 2nd level, If a cantrip requires an action to cast you can instead cast it as a bonus action
Battle Magic
Starting at 6th Level, you can channel your Magic Inwards to greatly enhance your speed, agility, and perseverance. You can as a bonus action Activate your Battle Magic, If you don medium to heavy armor or a shield you loose all benefits of battle magic. The following benefits are given when you activate this ability. The duration last for 1 min.
- You gain your Intelligence Modifier to your AC.
- You may use your Intelligence Modifier for your to hit and damage instead of your strength.
- you apply your intelligence Modifier to all Concentration checks made to maintain your spells.
You get this feature 2/ day, and you have to finish a long rest before using it again. You gain additional uses at, 8th, 12th, 16th.
Improved Arcane Combat
Starting at 18th level, If a spell requires an action to cast you can instead cast it as a bonus action.
Magical Assualt
Starting at 14th Level, when you use your action to cast a spell, you may make one weapon attack as a bonus action.

Posted Nov 27, 2019Improved Arcane Combat and Magical Assualt have no reason to be in the same subclass, they make no sense together, one or the other. they are the same thing, i only get one attack as a main action, and this gains nothing.
