Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

The sound of battle rises from over the next hill. Horses champ at their bits as their hooves churn the ground beneath them. The horn is sounded and they begin cresting the hill, first as a ragged line but quickly forming into a cohesive unit. Below their allies are breaking to the horde of orcs. Again the horn sounds and the horses break into a trot, then a canter, then a full gallop as their Riders command. Crashing into the back of the horde, they shatter the advance and route the attackers.

Rider's Magic

Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Rider's Conclave Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know.

Horsemanship

At 3rd level, you become proficient with Land Vehicles and Animal Handling. You may add twice your proficiency bonus to any check that involves these skills; this feature does not stack with Expertise. Additionally, mounting or dismounting a creature only costs you 5ft of movement instead of half your speed.

War Rider

At 3rd level, your control over your mount is unparalleled. As a bonus action, you may urge your mount to make one weapon attack against a target creature within range of your mount; your mount gains a bonus to-hit equal to half your proficiency bonus.

Mounted Skirmisher

By 7th level, you have trained your mount to react to danger. When your mount takes damage, it may use its reaction to move up to half its speed.

Ferocious Charge

At 11th level, if you move 20ft in a straight line before making a melee attack, you may make one additional attack against that target. You may trigger this feature once per turn.

Sound the Charge

Starting at 15th level, you can use your bonus action to confer your Furious Charge feature to up to your Wisdom modifier creatures. This effect lasts until the end of each effected creatures next turn and can be used once per long rest.
