Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

A rumbling mountain of metal. A stampeding barricade forged of flesh. The Bastion roars across the battlefield as a walking fortification.

Forged Flesh

Starting at 3rd level when you choose this path, you gain proficiency in heavy armor. In addition, heavy armor no longer restricts your ability to rage, and you may use your Constitution modifier instead of Dexterity to calculate your AC while raging.

Living Fortress

Beginning at 6th level, your rage gives you immense presence on the battlefield. While raging, allies within 5 feet of you have half cover if their AC is less than yours.

At 14th level, this radius is increased to 15 feet.

Inevitable Advance

Beginning at 10th level, when you rage, and as a bonus action at the start of each turn during the rage, you may choose to decrease your movement speed by half to gain immunity to any effect that would move you against your will, knock you prone, or reduce your movement speed. Any creatures under the effects of your Living Fortress feature also gain the benefits of this feature.

Hulking Bastion

Starting at 14th level, when you use your Inevitable Advance feature, you may also expend a number of Hit Dice up to your Constitution modifier to regain hit points equal to a roll of those dice. Any creatures under the effects of your Living Fortress feature gain temporary hit points equal to half the hit points restored this way. You may use this feature a number of times equal to the number of Rages you have in a day, and regain all uses when you regain uses of your Rage.
