Heroic Moment

Beginning when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn to harness your inner hero at critical moments. A Heroic Moment lets you perform an exceptional deed as a reaction. Your can use a Heroic Moment before or after any appropriate ability check, saving throw, or attack roll is made, but before any effects are applied.

You can use this ability equal to your WIS+1, and regain all expended uses of it when you finish a short or long rest.

Heroic Moments

Crisis Acrobatics. Give yourself a bonus equal to twice your WIS modifier to a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check you're currently making, or immediately half the amount of falling damage you take.

Incredible Effort. Give yourself a bonus equal to twice your WIS modifier to a Strength (Athletics) check you're currently making.

Interpose. Rush to an ally within 10 feet and throw yourself in front of an attack aimed at them. You receive the attack instead, with the attack roll now contesting your AC.

Plucky Endurance. When failing a saving throw, give yourself a bonus equal to your WIS modifier to that saving throw.

Legendary Impression

At 3rd level, you may now use your Strength or Dexterity Modifier in place of your Charisma for intimidation checks.

At 7th level, your legendary prowess has become known far and wide. When you roll initiative you can make an intimidation check against one enemy within 60 feet. The targets of this check must make an opposing intimidation check, if they fail they have disadvantage on initiative rolls. You can intimidate two at 15th level.

Impossible moment

Improved Heroic Moment

At 7th level, you learn additional epic deeds to use as Heroic Moments.

Crucial Interruption. Strike a creature within your weapon's reach, or throw a weapon or shield that you're holding up to 40 feet at a creature, attempting to interrupt the process of casting a spell. Make a Strength check. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell fails and has no effect.

If your weapon has the finesse property, you may use Dexterity for this ability check instead. If your weapon has the thrown property with a longer range than this Heroic Moment, you may use that range instead.
