Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Barbarians who embrace the Hunger of Yeenoghu find themselves beholden to his insatiable hunger. When invoking rage, they are able to draw on his inexhaustible appetite for carnage and destruction; initially empowering themselves, and finally even their allies.

Improved Rampage

When using the Rampage ability, make a DC8 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, you have no control over the rampage and make an attack against the nearest creature. While raging, you automatically fail this save.

At level 6 and beyond, for the duration of Rampage, your weapon is replaced by Yeenoghu's Ruinous Flail. You may choose to either use the flail or make a Bite attack.

At level 6, the Flail is in its Dormant state. At 10, it becomes Awakened, and finally at 14, it becomes Exalted.

Hungering Maw

While raging, you can make a single Bite attack as a bonus action on each of your turns. When you reach certain levels, the size of the dice increases: at 10th level (d8), 14th level (d10), and 18th level (d12).

From 6th level, your Bites count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to non-magical attacks and damage.

Pound of Flesh

If your Bite attack hits while raging, you may choose to consume the flesh that you have torn from the target. Doing so grants temporary hit points equal to the damage dealt. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, and regain all uses after a long rest.

Scavengers Constitution

At 6th level, your body has become able to handle being driven to eating the strangest and worst of "foods". You gain resistant to poison damage and immunity to disease.

Scent of Blood

At 10th level, the scent of blood drives your hunger to new levels allowing you to more effectively hunt your next meal and bring them down. You gain the following abilities:

  • Blindsight 10ft against bloodied creatures
  • Survival (Wisdom) checks to track injured creatures have advantage
  • Your Rage Damage against bloodied creatures is increased by 1. This increases to 2 at 16th level.

Feeding Time

At 14th level, you gain the ability to let others around you experience a taste of your hunger. In a horrifying roar heard by every creature within a 30ft radius, you force them to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failed save, the target must move up to half of its movement speed and make a melee attack against a random target within its reach. If it has no targets within its reach even after moving, nothing happens.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
