Base Class: Warlock
The multitude of men live lives of quiet desperation. Those who do not live in poverty fear that they might one day fall victim to it, and this fear is used by the upper classes. The Master of Paupers is an appropriate Patron for those desperately clawing from the bottom of this system. While those who serve the Master of Paupers may rarely rise to wealth and station, they are often charged with balancing the scales and making sure that those at the top do not linger there too long.
Expanded Spell List
The Master of Paupers lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Rob from the Rich
At 1st level, a Warlock bound the Master of Paupers may add their Charisma bonus to their Sleight of Hand and Stealth checks. Targets carrying more wealth on their person than you have on yours have Disadvantage on any Perception check made to oppose these rolls and take -5 to their Passive Perception.
Give to the Poor
At 6th level, as a Bonus Action, you may grant a number of Temporary Hit Points to creatures equal to your Charisma Bonus multiplied by your Proficiency Bonus. You may distribute these hit points to any creatures within 30’ as you see fit. You lose a number of Gold Pieces on your person equal to the number of hit points granted. If you do not have that much gold on your person, the GM may select item(s) of equal or greater value on your person that are instantly claimed by your Patron instead. (Change is not given) If you do not have sufficient funds, you cannot use this ability. With every subsequent use of this ability before you take a Long Rest, the amount of Gold you must spend to gain this benefit is multiplied by the number of times you have used it since your Last Long Rest. (so twice as much gold for the second use, three times for the third, etc.) If you use this ability more than once, all temporary hit points from prior uses immediately drop to 0. Otherwise, these temporary hit points last until the end of your next Long Rest.
Man of the Streets
At 10th level, your character no longer needs to eat or drink. At the end of any Long Rest, you gain either Resistance to Cold or Resistance to Fire as an ability. Once per day as a Reaction to an attack hitting you, you may redirect it to another character within 30’. You regain this ability after a Long Rest.
Madam Guillotine
At 14th level, you may target one creature within 60’. This creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 10d10 slashing damage, half on a successful save. If this damage drops a character below 0 hit points, it also cuts off their head.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
