Base Class: Sorcerer
Your innate magic commands the element of ice, and stems from the blizzard contained within your soul. Perhaps you were touched by the essence of the para-elemental plane of ice as a child, or you descended from one of Auril's chosen. Perhaps you were granted a mote of power from the Goddess herself. Whatever the source, this power both dangerous and beautiful, has manifested within you.
Ice Convergence
At 1st level, your body takes on the minor properties of Ice. Your body temperature drops to -10 degrees, and you live comfortably in temperatures below freezing.
Due to being coated in a thin layer of ice, your body is slick, and harder to hit when not wearing armor. When you are wearing no armor, your AC is 13+ DEX.
You gain resistance to Cold damage.
Cold Caster
`At 1st level, your basic control over Frost allows you to perform simple tricks:
Ice and snow is not treated as difficult terrain for you; in addition, you can see clearly through non-magical Ice storms and Snow storms. at 12th level, you can see through magical snow/ice storms as well.
You can use an action to decrease a 10ft area's temperature to 0 degrees, centred around you, putting out non-magical fires.
Once per turn, as a bonus action, You can make the the ground around you Covered in a sheen of ice; until the start of your next turn, a 15ft radius centred on you becomes difficult terrain for all creatures. Each creature (other than you) who starts their turn or attempts to move through this terrain must make a dexterity saving throw against your Sorcerer Spell Save DC or fall prone. You can use this feature an number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all uses on a short or long rest.
Ice Breather
At 6th level, your body's Frost powers increase, as trails of ice follow your spells.
Once per turn, Whenever you cast a spell that deals cold damage, it deals additional damage equal to your charisma modifier, and reduces their movement by 10ft until the start of your next turn.
Sculptor of Snow
Whenever you cast a spell that deals cold damage, at 1st level or higher, you may use your bonus action to gain temporary hit points equal to the level of the spell plus your Charisma Modifier.
In addition, as a bonus action you can spend 1 sorcery point to create an Ice sculpture; this sculpture has 10AC, and 20 hit points per sorcery point spent on this ability, and has vulnerability to fire damage. For every sorcery point spent, you can increase it in size by 10ft (the starting size being 10ft.) you can use this to create anything within reason, so long as you can picture it clearly. You must maintain concentration on this image (like a concentration spell). if your concentration breaks, or you end concentration on it, the sculpture breaks apart and fades.
You can spend a maximum of 5 sorcery points on this feature per activation.
Subzero Sorcerer
At level 18, Your Mastery over Ice has left you with permanent effects;
You gain Immunity to Cold Damage.
As an action, you can summon the visage of Khione, summoning a hailstorm of Ice around your form. for 1 minute, you gain the following effects;
- A brittle storm of ice and snow forms 10ft around you; A creature takes 2d8 cold damage when it enters the area for the first time or starts its turn there. In addition, When a creature enters this area for the first time or starts their turn in the area, they must make a Strength Saving throw against your Spell Save DC or be pushed back 10ft, and unable to enter the area for that turn.
- Ranged attacks that target you have disadvantage to hit.
- Once per turn, The first time you deal damage with a spell, you deal an additional cold damage equal to half your sorcerer level.
You can only use this effect once per long rest, unless you spend 5 sorcery points to activate it again.
