Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

The study of science, mathematics, and the arcane has led to your ability to tweak the basic elements the formulate a spell.

Numeromancy Points

At second level, your study of mathematics in relation to magic has opened a new source of power to you. At the end of a long rest your Numeromancy Points are set to 1d4 + your intelligence modifier.

Functional Form

Your understanding of the different forms allows you to alter more than just your magic, but yourself as well. At the end of a long rest, choose one form to take. Until your form is changed, you can spend Numeromancy Points equal to a spell's level in order to activate the form's associated abilities.

Additive Form

Parabolic Maximization. Double the range of a ranged spell

Divisive Form

Bisection. Instantly expend 2 spell slots (of the spell’s level) to cast a spell twice in one action.

Multiplicative Form

Temporal Optimization. Use a bonus action to cast a spell that would usually take one action.

Subtractive Form

Rote Memorization. Ritual casting only takes 5 extra minutes instead of 10.

Peer Review

At the cost of a spell slot you can change your form during a short rest.

Mathematical Empowerment

Your understanding of the different forms allows you to alter more than just your magic, but yourself as well. The following can be activated at the cost of three numeromancy points while you have the appropriate form activated.

Additive Form

Form over Function - A creature you can see can add their proficiency bonus to the next skill check they make. If already proficient, add it a second time. Concentration must be maintained while the creature has not used it.

Divisive Form

Entropy - A creature you can see gains disadvantage on its next attack or skill check. Once the check has been made, the disadvantage jumps to a random creature within 30ft. If no one is within 30 ft, it stays on the same creature. This lasts a minute.

Multiplicative Form

Decisive Advantage - For one minute, your height is doubled. You gain advantage on strength checks.

Subtractive Form

Subtrahend Modification - For one minute, abilities that cost numeromancy points cost one less point to cast, at a minimum of one point.

Axioms of Truth

You have spent years and years deep into the study of numerology. All of this is based on a few basic truths. Your forms give you access to a deep knowledge of each, and you are only beginning to see their connection with the arcane.

Axiom of Addition

You can give a creature a d12 which they can add to any check, attack roll, or saving throw. For each numeromancy point expended, you may grant one additional creature a d6.

Axiom of Multiplication

For the next round of combat, a friendly creature who hits and deals damage deals an extra 2d6 damage of the same type. For each numeromancy point expended you may grant one additional creature one d6 of increased damage

Axiom of Reflectivity

You can cancel any spell by expending numeromancy points higher than or equal to the one being cast (hopefully you guess right).

Axiom of Transitivity

You can expend numeromancy points greater than or equal to a spell that you or an ally are targeted by to try and retarget the spell by rolling a d6:
