Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Of all the magics of old, there are few as ancient as the Spirit of Christmas. This magic has long been harnessed through the Claus family, a magic passed from father to son, each serving their turn as the harbingers of Christmastime. The joy and laughter of children and adults alike fuels the magic of Christmas, giving those of Claus descent great amounts of magical prowess. As a member of that lineage, you are a weaver of ice and snow, master of the winter skies, and bringer of gifts and joy. Your arcane blood, as if it were designed for the endeavor, grants you powers beyond just any man. Being long-lived and grey-haired, every member of the Claus family imbued with this magic has used it to serve generations of children during the Yuletide season, keeping Christmas cheer as alive as ever no matter the circumstances.

His Eyes -- How They Twinkled!

Starting at 1st level, you have darkvision with a range of 120 feet.

Also, you learn the charm person spell, which doesn’t count against your number of sorcerer spells known. In addition, you can cast it by spending 2 sorcery points or by expending a spell slot. If you cast it with sorcery points, the target has disadvantage on the saving throw.

His Droll Little Mouth Was Drawn Up Like a Bow

As a member of the Claus lineage, you interact often with all the children of the world. You speak all languages, but don't necessarily read or write them. Some more rare languages, such as Deep Speech, are unknown to you simply out of inexperience.

He Sprang to His Sleigh, to His Team Gave a Whistle

When a Claus takes up the mantle of Harbinger of Christmas, they gain control of the Kringle 3000, a sleigh that takes the form that its user most desires. At 14th level, you can spend 3 sorcery points to conjure the Kringle 3000 to an unoccupied 15 ft by 5 ft space you can see. The Kringle 3000 is pulled by eight reindeer and cannot fly without them. You gain proficiency with vehicles (space) and vehicles (land).

He Spoke Not a Word, but Went Straight to His Work

The Claus family has made it a habit of observing the people of the world. They often know when one is sleeping, or when one is awake. At 6th level, you gain the ability to learn whether a creature you can see is naughty or nice. On a successful DC 15 Wisdom (Insight) check, you learn the alignment of the target creature.

At 14th level, you also learn whether or not the target has done anything to violate their alignment over the last year.

At 18th level, the Wisdom (Insight) check always succeeds.

The Beard of His Chin Was as White as the Snow

There certainly isn't a more distinguishing feature than the long, white beard that serves as an immediate marker of all Claus descendants. It too, is magical, and can hold objects for a Claus to retrieve at another time. At 14th level, your beard functions as a Bag of Holding.

And Giving a Nod, Up the Chimney He Rose

Starting at 18th level, you can spend 6 sorcery points as a bonus action to magically transform yourself into a shimmering form. In this form, you have resistance to all damage except force and necrotic damage, and you can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. You take 5 force damage if you end your turn inside an object.

You remain in this form for 1 minute. It ends early if you are incapacitated, if you die, or if you dismiss it as a bonus action.
