Base Class: Rogue
Somehow, you got your soul infused with that of a Shadow Dragon's soul, who now inhabits your shadow. A Shadow Walker must learn to harness the power of a Shadow Dragon's magic to gain mastery over invisibility, shadow traveling, and darkness. Due to the Shadow Dragon being a, you know, DRAGON, you now also have some magical properties of a Sorcerer, who get their magic from being descended from Dragons.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the Sorcerer spell list.
Cantrips
You learn three cantrips of your choice from the Sorcerer spell list. You learn another Sorcerer cantrip of your choice at 7th level and one more at 15th level.
Spell Slots
The Shadow Walker table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
For example, if you know the 1st-level spell burning hands and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast burning hands using either slot.
Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher
You know three 1st-level Sorcerer spells of your choice.
The Spells Known column of the Shadow Walker Spellcasting table shows when you learn more Sorcerer spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 5th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.
Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the Sorcerer spells you know with another spell of your choice from the Sorcerer spell list.
Spellcasting Ability
Dexterity is your spellcasting ability for your Sorcerer spells since you cast your spells on the fly and improve your skill with them through the usage of your spells, rather than sitting down and reading. You use your dexterity whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your dexterity modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a Sorcerer spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier

Discovery of Darkness
At level 3, assuming you chose this archetype, you can now cast the spell "Darkness" once per long rest without using a spell slot. Every time you increase your spell level, you increase the number of times that you can use Darkness per long rest. You can see inside your own magical darkness perfectly fine and have advantage on all stealth checks inside the darkness. This stealth lasts when you exit your magical darkness as well.
Shadow Travel
Starting at level 3, you can enter into a nearby shadow to traverse area and come out at a completely different location from another shadow. You achieve this by entering a "shadow realm" of sorts. In order to do this, a shadow must be within 5 feet of you and you cannot use your own shadow. You can travel up to 50 feet like this at level 3 but every level you can travel an additional 10 feet. If you wish, you can stay inside the shadow you entered safely for 3 minutes, but every additional 10 seconds after will have you taking 5 damage since your soul can't take being stuck in this "shadow realm" for too long. Traveling 20 feet in this realm takes 1 second and you can tell where you are going/where you will pop up in the physical world. You can use this 3 times per long rest.
Daggers of Darkness
Starting at level 3, you can summon two "daggers" at will into your hands. The daggers are made of darkness and feel right at home to you, so you have proficiency with them. You must roll to hit each dagger separately, but you can add your proficiency bonus and dexterity bonus to both of them. They deal 1d4 slashing damage each and 1d8 necrotic damage each. As your power and your ties to darkness strengthen, so do your daggers' power. Every time you level up, the daggers do 1 more additional damage
Shadow Friend
Starting at level 3, you can summon a Shadow to fight beside you. It is your shadow controlled by the Shadow Dragon inside of you. You can communicate with it telepathically, but it cannot communicate at all. Anything you tell it to do, it will do.
Silent as a Shadow
Starting at level 9, you have advantage on all Stealth checks and Dexterity saving throws.
Shadow Armor
Starting at level 9, you can cast Invisibility without spending a spell slot once per long rest. When you do, you gain +15 temporary hit points. Your concentration cannot be ended as long as you still have those temporary hit points. When your invisibility runs out of time, you lose your remaining temporary hit points. If you already had Invisibility, when you achieve level 9, you can swap it out for any spell of your choice, including spells from other classes, as long as it's no greater than a third level spell.
Darkvision
Starting at level 9, you can see perfectly fine in all types of darkness, including magical types of darkness.
Embracing the Shadow Dragon
Starting at level 13, you can embrace the Shadow Dragon part inside of your soul to transform into one (use the Homebrew stats). You have access to all of its abilities. The transformation lasts for one hour. You can also use all of your other abilities/spells while you are a shadow dragon. This can be done once per long rest; but once you revert back to your original form, you take 50% of your max hit points as damage. If this would kill you, you are instead left with 1 hit point.
Necrotic Mastery
Staring at level 13, you are immune to all necrotic damage and all of your necrotic attacks' damage are doubled.
One With The Shadow
Starting at level 17, you can let darkness completely envelop your body. After 10 seconds of transformation, you will have vanished, and in your place will be a person who looks like you, but is just a shadow - your shadow, controlled by your Shadow Dragon. You can telepathically control your shadow, while you are completely invisible and can shadow travel up to 500 feet. This invisibility cannot be broken and your shadow travel will not be reduced until your shadow is defeated. Your shadow regains 1d20 of hit points every time it is its turn. It has your ability scores, except +5 to all of them, and can not be affected by nonmagical melee weapons. However, it cannot communicate with anyone, not even through telepathy. You still can communicate though. It cannot be swayed, convinced, mind-controlled, etc. to do anything except what you tell it to do. It has twice the amount of health that you do; however, every time it is its turn, its max health decreases by 10. You only have enough energy in you to do this once every five days. Once this spell ends, you will noticeably not have a shadow until the spell recharges.
Shadow Regeneration
Starting at level 17, you can spend a total of 10 hours out in the sun straight, you will reduce the amount of time it takes your feature "One With the Shadow" to recharge by 1 day.
