Base Class: Warlock
Legends, myths, and fairy tales permeate the continent of Ekath but few are as entrancing as the rumors of a pearlescent raptor, soaring high above the arid wastelands and muck-laden swamps of the Western Peninsula. Viewed by some as a herald of new beginnings, the lone traces of such a creature are treasured, singular feathers, unmarred by the passage of time or the indifference of the elements.
The Pact of the Ivory Crest cannot be undertaken by any willing creature. Only displays of single-minded determination, unwavering loyalty, and unshakable courage can earn the attention of the creature known only as Shira. In pursuit of a singular goal, the Lady of the Ivory Crest may bestow gifts and aspects of herself upon any she finds to be worthy.
The gifts of the Ivory Crest grant the recipient abilities designed to pursue, seek, find, and save. Whether for good or ill, dedication, devotion, and determination are the lone tenants of the Ivory Crest. Woe unto thee who strays from the path.

The Eye of Shira
Your appearance begins to reflect the manifestation of the mythical kestrel, Shira, within you. As a bonus action, you may channel your senses through the Pact Boon, the Eye of Shira. Your vision blurs as your eyes adopt a swirling, pearlescent appearance. Until the end of your next turn, you gain a limited form of truesight to a range of 30 feet. You can see invisible creatures and objects, your vision is not impaired by normal or magical darkness, you can automatically detect visual illusions, and you can perceive the original form of a shapechanger or a creature that is transformed by magic. The Eye of Shira can be used a number of times equal to your Warlock level per long rest.
Shira's Shield
Starting at 6th level, you are able to call on Shira for protection. As a reaction, you can summon a barrage of ethereal feathers to intercept a projectile or ranged spell attack directed at you or an ally that you can see within 30 feet. Roll 1d10 and subtract that amount from an incoming attack. You can use this reaction after knowing the outcome of the initial roll.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Aerial Resilience
Starting at 10th level, you adopt an aspect of Shira's special resistance to lightning. Any lightning damage dealt to you is reduced by half. The remaining half is absorbed, weaving itself into your very essence. Until the end of your next turn, you can add the absorbed damage to any melee or ranged attack. Any lightning energy not expelled in this manner dissipates after the end of your next turn.
Avatar of Shira
Starting at 14th level, you have earned the trust and respect of your mythical, avian patron. By performing an hour long ceremony, you permanently grow large, ivory wings, granting you a flying speed of 60 feet. You gain the ability Flyby, allowing you to avoid any opportunity attacks made against you as you fly away from an enemy. Additionally, you gain four charges with all charges being restored after a long rest. The charges can be used in the following ways:
- As a reaction, you can cast Shira's Shield, granting a +5 bonus to AC as the reinforced feathers from your wings encompass you, protecting you from harm (1 Charge)
- You gain access to the special ability, Shira's Wrath. As an action, you can expel 4d6 feathers from your wings. Each feather automatically hits a creature of your choice that you can see within 120 feet, dealing 1d4 force damage, per feather (2 Charges)
