Base Class: Monk
You are the inheritor of an all-mighty power passed down through the generations of monks of your monastic tradition. Users of this power are heralded as symbols of justice and peace in the lands they defend.
Almighty Smash
At 3rd level, you are able to utilise your Ki to deliver devastating blows. As a bonus action, you can choose to spend a number of Ki points up to your monk level. You can immediately then move up to your movement speed in any direction, as long as you move in a straight line. The next unarmed strike you make this turn has a reach of 10ft, automatically hits (but cannot critically hit), and deals extra force damage equal to two rolls of your martial arts die per Ki point spent in this way. A creature hit by this attack is also knocked back 10ft per Ki point spent.
Indomitable Spirit
Starting at 3rd level, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you gain temporary hit points equal to one roll of your martial arts die.
RULE TIP: TEMPORARY HIT POINTS DON'T STACK
If you have temporary hit points and receive more of them, you don’t add them together, unless a rule says you can. Instead, you decide which temporary hit points to keep. For more information on temporary hit points, see chapter 9 of the Player’s Handbook.
Saviour of the Innocent
Starting at 6th level, when a creature is attacked within a range of you equal to your movement speed, you can use your reaction to move within 5 ft of them (using normal rules for movement). If you do, you reduce the damage of the attack by 1d10 + your monk level. If you reduce the damage to 0 in this way, you can spend 1 Ki point to make an unarmed strike against the attacking creature if it is within your melee range.
Unstoppable Justice
Starting at 11th level, when you make an attack using Almighty Smash, you create a cone of wind pressure with length equal to 5x the amount of Ki points spent.
Creatures within this cone must make a Strength saving throw against your Ki Save DC. Creatures that fail take half of the damage from Almighty Smash and are knocked back half of the distance (both rounded up). Creatures that succeed take no damage and are not knocked back.
Objects (not including those being worn or carried) and structures within this cone automatically fail this saving throw and take the full damage of Almighty Smash.
Symbol of Peace
Starting at 17th level, creatures of your choice within 30ft of you also gain the temporary Hit Points of your Indomitable Spirit feature. Creatures with these temporary hit points are immune to the frightened condition while they possess them.
