Base Class: Bard
Punk rockers are bards with an insatiable desire for freedom and liberty. They are rebels fighting for a cause, and they will do whatever is in their power to reach their goals. To them, music is their freedom.
Deviating from the typical graceful and likeable nature bards are known for, they tend to care less about appearing well kept, preferring a rougher kind of look. With their spiked hair and vibrant colors, they never cease to shock and turn heads, attracting curious and often disapproving looks while being out and about. Despite that, there are many people who admire them and their bold, cynical statements.
Distrustful
3rd–Level College of Punk Rock Feature
You have learned to see through the countless lies of most people in power. You gain Proficiency in Wisdom (Insight) skill checks. In addition, you can treat a d20 roll of 5 or lower as a 5 when you make a Wisdom (Insight) check. When you reach 7th–level in this class, you can treat a d20 roll of 8 or lower as an 8. When you reach 11th–level in this class, you can treat a d20 roll of 11 or lower as an 11.
Rebellious Fighter
3rd–Level College of Punk Rock Feature
You are able to easily hold your own in a fight. You gain Proficiency in Medium Armor, Unarmed Strikes, and Improvised Weapons. When you attack with an Unarmed Strike or Improvised Weapons, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls.
The damage you deal with your Unarmed Strikes starts at 1d4. When you reach 7th–level in this class the damage becomes 1d6, and at 15th–level it becomes 1d8.
We Like It Loud!
3rd–Level College of Punk Rock Feature
You are able to imbue your strikes with the magic that amps up your music. This loud rifting boom can be heard up to 120 feet away. Once per turn, when you hit a target within 5 feet with an Unarmed Strike or an Improvised Weapon, you can force the target to make a Strength saving throw against your Bard spell save DC. On a failed save, the target takes 1d8 lightning damage, 1d8 thunder damage, and is knocked prone. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and is not knocked prone.
When you reach 11th–level in this class, the lightning and thunder damage increases to 2d8 each. When you reach 18th–level in this class, the lightning and thunder damage increases to 3d8 each.
Sucker Punch
6th–Level College of Punk Rock Feature
You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Additionally, if you take the Attack action on your turn, you can make one additional Unarmed Strike as a bonus action.
There Will Be No Peaceful Revolution
6th–Level College of Punk Rock Feature
Frustrated with the endless manipulation and oppression of society, you have found a way to aid others in freeing themselves from these chains. You project an aura from that gives you and creatures of your choice within 20 feet of you advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened while you are conscious.
Anarchy
14th–Level College of Punk Rock Feature
Anarchy is the ultimate form of freedom, and you have learned how to heighten your power of Punk to the max. Several of your previously granted features improve in multiple ways. You have advantage on attack rolls with Unarmed Strikes and Improvised Weapons. The aura made by your There Will Be No Peaceful Revolution feature increases to 30 feet. You gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage.
