The power of the Scorched Emperor resides in you, and at times you can hardly control its fury. You are a descendent of the Scorched Emperor the god of fire. You power over fire is unmatched as it bends to your will.

Legacy of the Flame

You gain the ability to start fires with a touch. As a bonus action, you can magically ignite a a flammable object you touch with your hand—an object such as a torch, a piece of tinder, or the hem of drapes. Fire spells you cast have your charisma modifier added to the total damage. You gain resistance to fire, if you already have resistance your gain immunity to fire damage.

Master of Flames

Starting at 6th level, when you cast a spell that deals fire damage you can spend 1 sorcery point per target affected by the spell to make it vulnerable. If a target of the spell is resistant your can spend 3 sorcery points to make them vulnerable, and if the target is immune you can us 5 sorcery points to also make them vulnerable. This effect only lasts till the end of your turn.

The Scorched Crown

At 14th level, you gain the ability to manifest a crown of flames over your head. As an action you can summon your Scorched Crown, while the crown is over your head, your spell attack and spell save DC is increased by 3. Additionally any hostile creatures within 30 ft of you take 1d6 fire damage at the end of their turn if they remain within the area.. The Scorched Crown lasts for one minute and you regain it after a long rest. Once you have used the crown roll on the long term madness table. You are under that affect for the next 24 hours.

Emperor of Flames

Beginning at 18th level, you can become a Great Fire Elemental for one hour, while in this form you can still cast spells and retain your mental stats but use the physical stats of the elemental. You use the hit points of the the Great Fire Elemental, if reduced to 0 hit points you return back to your original form carrying over any remaining damage to your hit points.  Once you use this ability you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
