Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of Justice are firm in their beliefs. They choose to stand for what they believe is right, whether or not the rest of the world believes the same is to be determined. Regardless, these people draw their strength from their own ideals which manifests as bright yellow ki which can be shaped by the person it belongs to. These monks typically hold positions of power where they can exert their will upon others such as a politician or the headman of a town. While Justice Monks typically focus on attacks at a long range, they can also hold their own very well in close quarters combat.
Righteous Hand
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can conjure magical bullets with your ki.
You gain a new attack option that you can use with the Attack action. This special attack is a ranged spell attack with a range of 120 feet. You are proficient with it, and you add your Wisdom modifier to its attack and damage rolls. Its damage is force, and its damage die is a d4. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of the Monk table.
When you take the Attack action on your turn and use this special attack as part of it, you can spend 1 ki point to make the special attack twice as a bonus action.
When you gain the Extra Attack feature, this special attack can be used for any of the attacks you make as part of the Attack action.
Weapon of Justice
At 6th level, you can shape your ki into powerful weapons with which you enact and enforce your justice upon others. You can use your action to expend 1 ki point and create a weapon in your empty hand. You can choose the form that this weapon takes each time you create it. You are proficient with it while you wield it. This weapon counts as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can expend 1 ki to deal radiant damage to the target, in addition to the weapon’s damage. The extra damage is 2d8 for 1 ki point, plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st, to a maximum of 5d8.
Tip the Scales
At 11th level, you can use your ki to empower creatures you deem just and diminish those who stand against you. When a creature within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, skill check, or saving throw, you can expend 3 ki points to give it advantage or impose disadvantage on the roll as a reaction.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Vessel of Wills
At 17th level, you can become the embodiment of justice as you reach the peak of your enlightenment. You can expend 5 ki points to emanate an aura of your willpower for 1 minute. During this time, whenever you make an attack, you can fire a Bullet of Justice at a creature within 30 feet of you.
