Base Class: Sorcerer
Between the tumultuous disorder of Elemental Chaos and the Material Plane lies the four Elemental Planes of Air, Earth, Fire , and Water. The magic that dwells in these places is powerful, and oftentimes it bleeds into the Material Plane and infects mortals with its unique otherwoldly powers. You are one such mortal. Your innate magic stems from the Plane of Ice. You have been touched by the cold hand of winter and have inherited the unique abilities of the frozen lands. Your magic allows you to exert control over the ice and cold around you.

Frozen Heart
Due to your connection with the Plane of Ice, you are resistant to cold damage. Cold damage dealt by your sorcerer spells and abilities ignore resistance to cold damage. Moving through difficult terrain caused by snow or ice costs you no extra movement.
When you use sorcery points on a spell that normally deals cold damage, you can reduce the sorcery points spent by 1 (minimum 0). You can reduce the sorcery points spent for your Metamagic a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Unarmored Defense
A thin layer of ice coats your skin. While you are not wearing any armor, your armor class equals 10 + your Charisma modifier + your Constitution modifier.
Winter's Ward
Starting at 6th level, you gain the ability to materialize ice out from thin air to prevent attacks from hitting you. For instance, you can create a wall of ice around yourself to to obstruct a spell, form icy stalagmites to stop arrows, or you can shape a rod of ice to block a melee weapon attack. The ice prevents all damage to you and is destroyed after the attack.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Flash Freeze
At 14th level, you can bind enemies in ice as an action. Frosty tendrils creep across the ground toward a number of creatures that you choose equal to your proficiency bonus. They must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they are encased in a veneer of ice and incapacitated until the start of your next turn. Any damage they take ends this effect.
You can use this ability twice and you regain all expended uses once you finish a short rest.
Glacial Ally
When you reach 18th level, you can shape a living creature from ice or snow as an action. It can take actions and otherwise be affected as a normal creature. The creature is Large or smaller, and you can determine its appearance. It uses the statistics of a Frost Giant, but it has half the creature’s hit point maximum, it is a construct, and it has vulnerability to fire damage.
It is friendly to you and creatures you designate. It obeys your spoken commands, moving and acting in accordance with your wishes and acting on your turn in combat. The creature lasts until it drops to 0 hit points, at which point it reverts to snow and melts instantly. Once you use this ability, you can not do so again until you complete a long rest. When you use this ability, any other currently active creature summoned by this feature are instantly destroyed.
