Base Class: Monk
The Psychic Eye:
A group of armored hobgoblins surround a single lightly robed halfling, the hobgoblins are confident and bark insults at the halfling. The halfling though stands unphased taking a deep breath and closes his eyes, at this moment one of the hobgoblins charges. Before the hobgoblin's longsword lands it's fatal blow, a third eye appears and opens on the forehead of the halfling, simultaneously throwing his forearm in the way of the hobgoblin's strike and no wound is left behind. Upon closer inspection of the hobgoblins, the halfling is now glowing, the halfling responds with a sweeping kick, knocking the attacking hobgoblin of his feet, with another strike to the head, the hobgoblin falls unconscious. The surrounding hobgoblins adjust themselves preparing for the halfling's next move.

Opening of the Eye
At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: History, Insight, Investigation, or Perception.
You also gain the Mage Hand cantrip, if you don't already know it.
Third Eye Stance
Additionally at 3rd level, you can take a stance that aligns your mind and body, in doing so you make a field of protective energy around you. As an action, you gain Temporary Hit Points equaling to your monk level plus your Wisdom Modifier for 1 minute. For the duration of the feature, you may spend 1 ki point as a bonus action to gain Temporary Hit Points equal to your Martial Art Die. Any Temporary Hit Points left are lost by the end of the duration.
You gain the following benefits for the duration:

You gain resistance to Force and Psychic damage.

You gain a bonus to Wisdom and Intelligence Saving Throws, this bonus equals to your Proficiency Bonus.
You can use this feature twice. You regain these uses each time you complete a short or long rest.
Mind over Matter
Starting at 6th level, you can spend 2 ki point to cast Detect Thoughts or Levitate, without the need of any components.
Additionally, when you use your Step of the Wind feature, your movement speed becomes a Hover speed until the end of your next turn.
Mastery of the Eye
Starting at 11th level you gain the following benefits.
Mind Trick: When you use your Stunning Blow feature and the creature succeeds their Saving Throw, you can choose to have that creature to be Restrained until the end of their next turn.
You can use this benefit an amount of times equal to your Wisdom Modifier. You regain all uses when you take a long rest.
Telepathy: You can telepathically communicate with any creatures within 60 feet of you that you can see, the creature can reply to you telepathically if you both share a language.
Psychic Warrior
At 17th level, your have reach your full potential with your Third Eye, you now gain the following benefits.

You can no longer be surprised.

You gain 20 feet of Truesight.

When you hit with an attack, you deal bonus Psychic damage equal to you Wisdom Modifier.

You may cast Bigby's Hand once per long rest, without the need of a material component.
