Base Class: Rogue
You are trained to combat practitioners of magic. Whether it is a wizard's Fireball or a Mind Flayer's psionics, you understand just enough about them to be able to neutralize the threats they pose.
Precise Strikes
When you successfully inflict sneak attack damage on a target that is concentrating on a spell or ability, increase the DC of the Constitution saving throw they must make to maintain Concentration by an amount equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
Silence is Golden
When you attack a silenced creature, you crit on 19 or 20.
Silencer
Creatures that suffer damage from your sneak attack must make a Con save (DC=8+Proficiency Bonus+Intelligence Bonus) or be under the effects of the Silence spell until the end of your next turn. This effect is reset if they suffer the damage while already silenced. In that case the target also suffers muscle spasms making it impossible to perform Somatic components of a spell for the duration of the effect.
Magic Breaker
9th-level Silencer feature
Further training has improved your knowledge and honed your skills to the extent that you can now use the following abilities a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus each per short rest:
Think Twice. If you see a spell being cast or a magic effect being activated, as a Reaction you can cast Counterspell at 3rd level (for the purposes of this ability magical effects are considered spells cast at a level equal to half of the creature's CR rounded down). Your casting of this spell cannot be countered. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
Slice the Seams. As an action, you can cast Dispel Magic on a spell or magical effect you can see (for the purposes of this ability magical effects are considered spells cast at a level equal to half of the creature's CR rounded down).Your casting of this spell cannot be countered. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
Silencer Eyes
13th-level Silencer feature
The surgical implants in your eyes have finally awakened.
You have Devil's Sight and can see Invisibility to 90ft.
If your Sneak Attack causes a target to lose concentration on a spell or ability, you may roll sneak attack damage again and inflict psychic damage to them equal to the result.
Authority Bomb
17th-level Silencer feature
Attacking a caster in exactly the right way causes the Authority within them to build up rapidly inside their body. With no release valve the body explodes, but you know exactly how to avoid the blast.
When you kill a creature, that creatures body explodes dealing 1d6 force damage for each unused prepared spell or unused spell slot(whichever applies) it had to all creatures other than you within a 30ft Radius. Creatures can make a Dex save DC= 8+ Dex+ Prof to only take half damage. You can use your Reaction to grant up to 6 creatures you can see Immunity to this instance of damage.
