Base Class: Barbarian
Some barbarians exist to simply be the bane of someone or something else. The Nemesis is a barbarian that is on a very specific quest for vengeance and is determined to either see it to completion, to see it to the point to make the target feel its days are certainly numbered, or to simply be brought to an end in a glorious battle. Despite what most feel from a barbarian entering a rage, the Nemesis brings a scarier layer to their rage - it is focused.
For whatever the Nemesis encounters along their quest, their primary intention is to cut down their opposition quickly and brutally, so they can move on to their intended target that brings their quest closer to an end.
The true motivation behind the Nemesis can range from a number of things in their journey. It could be to hunt down a large monster that has terrorized others for far too long. It could be to become a thorn for an individual who has sat unchallenged. It could even be for the sake of infamy to draw attention and carry a powerful reputation looking for the one challenge where they will be defeated in a glorious battle.
Unyielding Strikes
Starting at the 3rd level, while you're raging you put all your anger and hate behind each attack you make, anything that is bold enough to block one of your attacks is still going to feel the determination you put behind it to still harm them.
While you're raging, when you miss a strength based attack roll, you can spend a reaction to deal damage equal to 1+strength modifier+rage damage bonus of the weapon's damage type.
At the 6th level, you no longer need to be raging to use this, but you no longer add the rage damage bonus if used outside of raging.
Relentless Ire
At the 6th level, when raging you have miles of determination to see your foes defeat, where each landed strike is simply a reminder that you refuse to buckle in front of them.
While raging, when you deal damage to a target, you gain advantage on the next ability checks and saving throws against the target till the end of their next turn.
Reckless Charge
At the 10th level, your able to muster the courage to recklessly charge towards your enemy to strike them down with a brutal blow.
You can Dash as a bonus action and gain +5 damage on your next successful melee attack if you use Reckless Attack and move 15ft in a straight line towards an enemy target.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Spiteful Retaliation
At the 14th level, when an opponent manages to strike you down, you firmly grab hold, look them in the eyes, and grin knowing their victory against you will come at a very heavy price.
While you're raging, when you are brought to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to remain conscious till the end of your next turn. On your turn, all attacks against the target that reduced you to 0 hit points are at advantage. You suffer the normal effects of taking damage while at 0 hit points, if this would result in death, you die at the end of your next turn.
Once you use this ability, you must finish a long rest to regain the use of it again.
