Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

People say that the past is just as far away as the future, but the past using psychometry is only a touch away. You focus on magic to reflect on what was in the past and how to use it in the present for your betterment. Utilizing a new family of spells that use psychometry magic, you can do a variety of things; whether it be contacting a long-dead king, momentarily creating an object that has long been destroyed, or reversing the age of a creature.

Psychometry

At 1st level, you gain the following benefits:

Pure Psychometry. For 1 minute of concentration on an object no larger than a 40-foot cube, you clearly learn the history of the object up to a period of weeks in the past equal to twice your Intelligence Modifier (minimum of 2 weeks), as well as anything important that happened to it during that period.

Peer Into Identity. As an action, you can study a creature within 30 feet and learn one damage resistance or vulnerability that they have (your choice; if any), and when they received them only if it was up to 1 month ago. You also learn that creature's alignment, personality traits, ideals, bonds, and flaws (if any).
You can use this action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Lessons From The Past

From 1st level, you learn the Identify spell, which doesn't count against your number of sorcerer spells known.

When you reach 7th level in this class, you learn the Legend Lore spell, which doesn't count against your number of sorcerer spells known. In addition, you can cast it by spending 5 sorcery points or by expending a spell slot. If you cast it with sorcery points, the thing you named doesn't have to be of legendary importance to gain information.

Déjà Vu

Whenever you make a saving throw or roll for an attack roll or ability check, you can give yourself advantage on the roll. You can use this feature a number of times equal to half your Intelligence Modifier (rounded up), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

In addition, your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses the History skill, unless it already is.

Blast From The Past

As an action, you can magically force a creature within 60 feet to make an Intelligence saving throw, making them look back on all of their worst memories.
If the creature fails the saving throw, it takes 4d8 psychic damage, has disadvantage on any skill checks, and has a penalty to attack rolls and saving throws equal to your Charisma Modifier. These detriments last for 1d4 rounds.

If the creature succeeds the saving throw, they only take half damage.

Supreme Psychometrist

At 18th level, your mastery over the magics of psychometry are almost unparalleled. You gain the following benefits:

Greater Psychometry. Your Psychometry feature now uncovers the history of an object a period of years rather than weeks. All other rules of your Psychometry feature still apply.
Deeper Analysis. Your Peer into Identity feature can track the source of resistances and vulnerabilities from up to 100 years and can now allow you to learn a creature's immunities as well. All other rules of your Peer into Identity feature still apply.
Similar Patterns. Your Deja Vu feature can now be used an amount of times equal to your Intelligence modifier. All other rules of your Deja Vu feature still apply.
Painful Memories. The damage of your Blast from the Past feature increases to 8d8, and the penalty to attack rolls and saving throws increases to equal your Intelligence modifier. All other rules of your Blast from the Past feature still apply. Additionally, you can spend one sorcery point to add one more d8.
