Base Class: Rogue
In the criminal underbelly of the world not all use their dextereous cunning and guile to get by. Some especially dangerous individuals use there overwhelming strength and presence to rule the underworld and keep the law of thieves. Few who have encountered an enforcer live to tell the tale and those that do tend to keep whats left of their mouths shut and walk with shattered kneecaps.
A Delicate Touch
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain the abilities necessary to survive in the criminal underworld. Choose one between the Athletics or Intimidation skills: you gain proficiency in the chosen skill, and your proficiency bonus is doubled for all ability checks made with the chosen skill.
Additionally, you can use your Sneak Attack feature even if the attack is done with a weapon that isn't ranged or that lacks the finnese property.
Shakedown
Also at 3rd level, you can use Cunning Action feature on your turn to attempt to shove a creature.
Cut Through The Weak
At 9th level you know how to stare into a person's heart and freeze their blood. Whenever you make an ability check with a skill with which you have proficiency in, you can force a creature within 30 feet of you to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC= 8 + your proficiency bonus + the ability modifier for the skill) or be frightened of you for 1 minute.
Alternatively, whenever you deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature, you may force them to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC= 8 + your proficiency bonus + the ability modifier for the skill) or be frightened of you for 1 minute.
You can frighten a creature successfully with this feature once, regaining the ability to use it again when you finish a short or long rest.
King Hit
At 13th level you've learned to exploit the drop in a mark's guard. When you deal damage to a creature with your Sneak Attack feature, that creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC= 8+ your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier) or become stunned until the end of their next turn (no action required).
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Cold and Dead
By the time you've reached 17th level, you know that while the work might be dirty, you always finish it. Once per turn, when you deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature that is either prone, stunned or frightened, you deal additional damage to them equal to your Rogue level.
