After all your training, Your fists have gained a far higher strength, you have become a stronger weapon less attacker. You can deal heavier blows with punching as a posed to with wepons

Iron fist technique

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your fists become so strong, you gain additional damage that is equal to your monk level to all unarmed hits. This caps out at level 10 and adds this to your marital arts bounes.

Wholeness of Body

At 6th level, you gain the ability to heal yourself. As an action, you can regain hit points equal to three times your monk level. You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.

Elite iron fists

Beginning at 11th level, your fists have gotten so much more power full. After every long rest, you roll 1 d6, then add that to the 10 damage you have from your iron fist technique.

Tungsten Punch

At 17th level, your fists have become stronger than steel. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 3 ki points unleash one of the strongest punches you can muster. You will take an amount of damage = to you monk level. When you use this action, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, it is reduced to 0 hit points. If it succeeds, it takes 10d10 bludgeoning damage.
