The user inspires all friendly creatures (limited to 5), motivating them and giving them power. they all have advantage on one action their next turn and the next time they are attacked a d6 is rolled. if the user gets a 6 the attack is either dodged or halved (depending on DM balancing) once per long rest

Absorb the energy from your surroundings giving advantage to 2 attack rolls per turn. This form lasts 1 min

However when this form ends the user is given a choice. for every 2 hp they sacrifice 1 damage is done to an enemy. you can only sacrifice until you have 1 hp. cant purposefully go into death saves
