Base Class: Warlock
You have made a deal with a temporal entity whose nature is to construct the flow of events past, present and future. The desire of such beings are usually to keep the flow of time going correctly, steering their moralities towards neutrality. They have entered a pact to make you hold their timelines orderly. Beings of such a sort include Father Time, Chronos, The Norns and The Moirai

Time Increase
Starting at 1st level your Patron bestows you with a fraction of their lordship over time. Allowing you to use a reaction to extend the time necessary to do an action. Meaning that something that takes 1 action now takes 2. And something that takes a bonus action now takes an entire action. This can also be used to negate extra attacks for a turn. once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest
Personal Time
At 6th level, your patron grants you your own timeframe. Allowing you to exist outside of normal time. You no longer need to eat, drink or sleep, you can hold your breath indefinetely and you no longer age.
This also grants you a two abilities that you can use a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus
Speed: As a bonus action during your turn you can cause your own timeframe to speed up, allowing you specifically to move faster until your next turn. This imposes disadvantage on creatures trying to hit you, gives advantage on attacks until it dispels and also doubles your speed.
Rewind: You use an action to rewind back to your previous position and health. This dispels the latest status effect applied to you, heals the damage from the last attack that hit you and you can optionally rewind back to your position in the last round.
You can use each of these abilities a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses on a short or long rest
Event Repeat
Starting at 10th level, you can use an action to cause a fraction of time to repeat constantly for a creature. You can choose a creature to make an intelligence saving throw on a failure they are then forced to do the exact same things they did on the turn before the ability was activated, repeatedly for 1 minute of time. They don't revert back to their previous state of being every turn though. So they are left vulnerable. If the creature cast a spell that requires spell slots and they run out, they simply do the same with nothing happening, until the effect ends.
After you use this ability once you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Individual Timeframe
At 14th level, you have mastered your individual timeframe allowing you to "shift" yourself several seconds backwards or forwards in time once a day. This effectively leaves you invincible to anyone who can't do the same. You can stay in this space for up to 1 minute, but you can use another action to leave early. Any action you take that affects anyone besides yourself is done in the same timeframe as you meaning that once you revert back to normal time, it immediately takes it's effects. Like damaging or healing it's target.
While in this "shift" you and everything on you is invisible, completely intangible and immune to all damage, albeit at the cost of being unable to interact with anything. If another Timekeeper has shifted alongside you, you can both see and physically interact with each other. You can transfer items and magic items with you into the shifting. Unlike you they aren't bound into returning after the end of the duration and can be stored in shifted time indefinetely. If they're shifted when you die, they are irretrievably lost forever unless another timekeeper retrieves them. If you yourself die while shifted your corpse will forever be stuck in the shifted frame of time
Once you use this feature you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest
