4th	compulsion, polymorph
5th	antilife shell, dominate person

Exert Will

Starting at 1st level, you can exert your will over the minds of the weak. As an action, you can force a creature that can see and hear you within 60 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, that creature becomes charmed by or frightened of you (your choice) for 1 minute or until you deal damage to that creature.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, and regain all expended uses at the end of a long rest.

Cutting Drain

Starting at 6th level, whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll or ability check, you may use your reaction to unleash subtle draining energy. Roll a d8 and subtract that number from the creature’s roll. You also gain that many temporary hit points.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, and regain all expended uses at the end of a long rest.

Relinquish Resistance

Starting at 10th level, you may now use your Cutting Drain feature when a creature within 30 feet of you makes a saving throw. Additionally, the die increases to a d10.

Unrelenting Tyrant

Starting at 14th level, as an action, you can teleport to the location of a humaniod you know. If that creature is on another plane of existence and is not a Kyle Lane variant, you must make an Arcana check with a DC of 20. On a success, you teleport to that creature. On a failure, you do not teleport, and can not teleport to that creature again until you finish a long rest.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, and regain all expended uses at the end of a long rest.
