Base Class: Monk

The Way of the Tranquil Mug gives a monk the ability to heal and bolster allies while harrying and hurting their foes. A true master of the mug can even resurrect the dead or stabilize the dying with the right spirit. Practitioners of the mug can learn to power themselves with ki in an effort to paralyze foes and as they land hits the liquid nectar of gods flows from every one of their pores to provide healing and succor to friends nearby. 

When drunk you have disadvantage on saving throws and ability checks, at level 12 you no longer have disadvantage from being drunk.

Spellcasting

Starting at 6th level, you can use a number of ki points up to the level of a spell from the Cleric spell list. you may use a full 4 points of Drunken Fortitude to recharge the ki points expended in this manner once per long rest.

You may cast any spell up to a spell level that is a third of your Monk class level, at level 6 you may cast spells up to 2nd level at level 9 you gain access to 3rd level spells,  4th level spells at Monk level 12, etc. At level 20 you may cast a single 7th level spell per day regardless of recharged ki points.

Wisdom is your spellcasting modifier for Cleric spells.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill if you don’t already have it. You also gain proficiency in the Performance if you don't already have it. Your martial arts technique mixes combat training with the precision of a dancer and the antics of a jester. Your training has provided you with knowledge of different spirits that can easily stabilize friends and with a successful medicine check any humanoid you desire.

Drunken Radiance

At 3rd level, you learn how to twist and turn quickly as part of your Flurry of Blows. Whenever you use Flurry of Blows, you can direct the holy power of the gods that courses through your veins into the sweat that pours from your body and when this splatters onto a friendly creature it heals them for 1d4 per Drunken Fortitude charge you currently have active. As you level the number of creatures that can be healed or stunned increases by 1 at levels 8, 14, and 20 to a maximum of 4 at level 20. This heal has an effective range of 15 feet in a cone behind you at 3rd level adds a 15 foot cone in front of you at 10, and gives a 20 foot radius circle at level 20.

Starting at level 8 you can add half your Dexterity Modifier plus your Proficiency Bonus to the total healed. 

Drunken Fortitude

When you imbibe at least an ounce of alcohol you gain a Drunken Fortitude, you can have up to a maximum of 4 points of Drunken Fortitude. When you use the Chug bonus action you gain 2 points of Drunken Fortitude.

Chug

When you use the Chug bonus action you gain points of Drunken Fortitude. At level 3 this Bonus action gives you 2 points, at level 10 you gain 3 points and at level 17 you gain all 4 points of Drunken Fortitude available to you.

Radiant Flow

Starting at 6th level, you can move in sudden, swaying ways. You gain the following benefits.

Leap to Your Feet. When you’re prone, you can stand up by spending 5 feet of movement, rather than half your speed.

Redirect Attack. When a creature misses you with a melee attack roll, you can spend 1 ki point as a reaction to cause that attack to hit one creature of your choice, other than the attacker, that you can see within 5 feet of you.

Drunkard’s Luck

Starting at 11th level, you always seem to get a lucky bounce at the right moment. When you make an ability check, an attack roll, or a saving throw and have disadvantage on the roll, you can spend 2 ki points to cancel the disadvantage for that roll.

Intoxicated Healing Frenzy

At 17th level, you gain the ability to make an overwhelming number of attacks against a group of enemies. When you use your Flurry of Blows, you can make up to three additional attacks with it (up to a total of five Flurry of Blows attacks), provided that each Flurry of Blows attack targets a different creature this turn. These also act under the rules of Drunken Radiance.
