Draco Lore

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with the Flail, Maul, Morningstar and the Warhammer
You also learn to speak, read and write draconic.

Multiscaled Blessing

Starting at 1st level, you can harness the potency of a particular breed of dragons. When you finish a long rest roll your
draconic essence die on the Draconic Scion chart to determine which breed of dragon blesses you that day. your draconic essence
die is a d4 which increases to a d6 at 5th level, d8 at 9th level and finally a d10 at 13th level.

Additionally when you or a creature you can see within 30ft of you hits a creature with an
attack you can, as a reaction, add your draconic essence die of the corrisponding damage type with the breed you are currently
blessed by to the damage roll of that attack. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus,
restoring all expended charges on a long rest

Channel Divinity: Platinum Courage

Starting at 2nd level you can use your channel divinity to call for Bahaumut's aid. As an action you can present your holy symbol and you as well as up to 3 other creatures of your choice are tethered to a platinum dragon scale that is either attached to you or hovering 5ft above the ground within 30ft of you when you use this ability(you choose when you use this ability). if the scale is hovering it has 15Hp and AC 12. regardless of if the scale is attached to you or not it sheds bright light for 10ft and dim light for an additional 15ft. the scale disintegrates when it falls to 0 HP or 10 minutes have passed. A scale not attached to you occupies a space as though it were a tiny creature and may also be attacked as such. A creature remains tethered to the scale as long as they are within 30ft of it, once out of the range the tether is severed. a severed tether can be reattached to a creature as a bonus action by you by expending a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, this bonus action can be used to tether creatures that were not initially tethered to the scale.

As long as a creature is tethered to the scale they gain the following benefits:

  • They gain resistance to the damage type matching you breed of dragon you are currently blessed by.
  • When the creature successfully hits a creature with a melee attack they can as a bonus action force the defending creature to make a dexterity saving throw, DC equal to your spell save DC, on a fail the defending creature takes damage equal to two rolls of your draconic essence die.
  • When a creature ends its turn tethered to the scale the regain hit points equal to a roll of
your draconic essence die + half your cleric level.

Additionally when you are 17th level or above a tethered creature has a flying speed equal to their walking speed and retains this flying speed for 1 minute after a tether has been severed or the channel divinity ends(whichever comes first).

Draconic Cacophany

Staring at 6th level the blessings of your dragon lords begin to manifest even more potently. You can as an action use you draconic roar as the raw arcane power of your breed seeps through you. The effect of your draconic roar is determined by whichever breed of dragon you are currently blessed by on the Draconic Scion table using your spell save DC when needed. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus restoring all expended charges on a long rest.

Teachings of the Scaled

Starting at 8th level you gain resistance to the damage type matching whichever breed you are currently blessed by on the
Draconic Scion table, if you already have or gain an additional resistance to the same damage type you instead gain immunity to
that damage type. Additionally you gain a permanent +1 to you spell save DC and your spell attack modifier as you begin to harness
the ancient wisdom of your draconic lords.

Five-Headed Blessings

As you have been a faithful servant of the draconic lineage you gain a deeper connection to all aspects of dragon kind. Starting at 17th level when you roll on the Draconic Scion table to determine which breed of dragon you will be blessed by instead roll five times on the table, being blessed by each breed of dragon you roll simultaneously, if you roll the same breed you are blessed by that breed twice. If you are blessed by a breed of dragon that shares the same damage type or the same breed you have already rolled you gain both resistances. At the beginning of your turn you choose which damage type to apply to your draconic essence die when it is rolled from the breeds you are currently blessed by. when you choose to use your Draconic Cacophony feature you may choose the roar ability of any of the breeds you are currently blessed by.

For Example if you roll Red, White, Blue, Red and Silver you would gain immunity to fire and cold damage as well as resistance to lightning damage until your next long rest. and could pick any of the roars available when you use your Draconic Cacophony feature.
