Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Conqueror’s Haki is a rare form of Haki that allows the user to exert their own willpower over others. This type of Haki cannot be attained through training and only one in several million people are born with this ability. It is said that whoever possesses this type of Haki has the qualities of a king, and are known as Supreme Rulers. Conqueror’s Haki is considered an extremely dangerous threat and a highly valuable asset by powerful groups such as the Marine Admirals and the Four Emperors.

Level 3 Conqueror’s coating

Similar to armament haki, users can imbue conqueror’s haki into physical attacks and weaponry for a more powerful attack.

AKA As a bonus action you can combine your conquerors haki to your blade or ranged weapon attack this will last as long as you are raging . It will give you a d6 bonus to all your attacks(d8 at level 6 and d10 at level 10 and a d12 at level 16.) Your attacks are magical now.

Domination

Conqueror’s Haki can be used to temporarily dominate the psyche of others and intimidate them. This has been most explicitly shown against animals, with usages of Conqueror’s Haki causing them to either become fearful and flee or become docile for a brief period with both effects happening instantly. This domination may end up resulting in the victim losing consciousness a short time later

AKA animals in a 60 foot radius of you have to make a wisdom save(8+your strength modifier+proficiency bonus) or become frightened by you. You can do this your proficiency bonus number of times plus one. You can do this even while raging

Level 6 Incapacitation

By overpowering the will of those around them to an even greater degree, a Conqueror’s Haki user is capable of knocking people and animals in their vicinity unconscious. Whether or not a person is rendered unconscious depends on the degree of their strength in comparison to the user's; generally, normal citizens and common soldiers and pirates are most likely to be knocked out by Conqueror’s Haki, whereas people established to be capable, powerful, and strong-willed are far less likely to fall victim. If used with a sufficient degree of power, Conqueror’s Haki is capable of damaging inanimate objects and structures in the user's vicinity.

AKA people under level will be knocked unconscious(your barbarian level divided by 3 rounded up) example you are level 8 people level 3 and below have to do a wisdom saving throw(8+your constitution modifier+ proficiency bonus.) They will be knocked out for 1 minute if they were in combat 5 minutes if they weren't already hostile to you. You can do this twice per long rest(three times at level 14) in a 30 foot radius around you. You can use this as a reaction after being hit but only once per combat.

Level 10 Observation Killing

This advanced form of conqueror’s haki allows the user to stop their opponents from using observation haki by unsettling them with their overpowered haki first. This technique provides a huge upper hand in battles as the user can negate the future sight ability of opponents and crush them with their attacks.

AKA If you go first in combat you can cancel out Future Sight/Presence Sensing/Strength Sensing with no save on the opponents part until the next round then it will be a con save(8+your constitution modifier+ proficiency bonus) If they are first it will be a contested constitution check if failed they get to do the actual save after their next turn. You can do this your constitution modifier+ proficiency bonus amount of times per long rest.

Level 14 Supreme King

You gain +5 and advantage to intimidation skill checks. As well as +3 to initiative.
