Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

Through the training of the mind and the body, one has emulated the ways of the storms above to an extent where they have forced a connection between the elemental planes.

Divine Representative

Choose 1 storm from the following list. This will affect subclass features later. You may also choose 3 weapons in which you are proficient in, and you now can use charisma for attacking with those weapons.

Blizzard - Way of Thoughts

When enemy hits on an attack roll on you and you are wearing no or light armor as a reaction, roll an opposing attack roll. If your attack roll is greater than or equal to the opposing attack roll, the attack misses. You can't do this again until the end of your turn 6 rounds from when you used this feature. You also gain the ability to sense when a creature, object, or anything capable of communication is lying to you in a language you can understand. You do not know what is intentionally false in the message with this ability.

Firestorm - Way of Decimation

As an action, you can mark one creature with 30 feet from you and give it one vulnerability to either cold, fire, lightning, thunder, or poison for 1 minute. If the creature has an immunity to the chosen damage type, it becomes a resistance, but this resistance cannot be ignored by other features. If the creature has a resistance to the chosen damage type, it loses resistance. Only one creature can have your mark at a single time. After the mark has dissipated, that creature can't be targeted by this feature for another 2d6 rounds.

Rainstorm - Way of Supplication

As a bonus action in combat, you for 2 minutes can instead, when taking the attack action, heal one target within melee range 2 HP for every attack roll you would have made + your charisma modifier. This feature can't be used again for another 4d5 minutes. If you are in a nonlethal duel, healing option instead can only be down in 2 rounds and can't be used in nonlethal duels until 24 hours have passed.

Thunderstorm - Way of Prophecy

Whenever you roll a 1 on an attack roll or saving throw, add 1d6 to directly to it, acting like you rolled that sum on the d20. If your character has a feature that allows for rerolling of attack rolls or saving throws, you reroll with advantage for every nat 1 instead of adding a 1d6 to Natural 1s. This only includes attack rolls and saving throws. With a use of Indominable, you reroll the failed saving throw, regardless of it being a nat 1, with advantage + 1d6 added directly to the d20 roll.

Tornado - Way of Souls:

As an action, you can choose one target of your choice within 60 ft and roll 3 d20s and take the highest roll + your wisdom modifier. If the roll is greater than or equal to the target's AC, discover its AC and one immunity, resistance, or weakness of theirs. If the target doesn't have an immunity, resistance, or weakness, discover if its legendary action or special ability instead. If the target's weakness, resistance, or immunity is revealed, as an action, you may mark the creature giving them disadvantage on saving throws that are from those who know the weakness and advantage for attack rolls against the creature for 1 minute. Only one creature can have your mark at a single time. After the mark has dissipated, that creature can't be targeted by this feature for another 1d4+1 rounds.

Zephyr Blade

When damaging a target with your attack, you can add damage associated with your storm equal to your proficiency bonus. You can do this a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier with a minimum of 1 and resets after a short or long rest. When using the damage, you have an option to roll a 1d20 and if it rolls below or equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus (minimum 7) it summons your storm. All damage of your type from the storm does not affect you, and you have half of your proficiency added to your attacks to hit during your storm or your element like conditions.

Divine Authority

As you have perfecting your craft, you have learned to handle your storm with ease. You now have resistance to your damage type. At level 20, it becomes an immunity that cannot be weakened or ignored and applies to all variants of your damage type. You also gain abilities based on your storm.

Cycle

During the duration, if you attack and do damage, you can store the 1/4 of the damage rounded down and add it to your healing pool which you can add to your healing in place of attacking. The healing pool starts off empty and the maximum is equal to 1/8 of your HP + 1/2 of your Charisma Modifier rounded down minimum 1. You can also use your healing pool to deal extra damage to enemies, but your pool resets when duration is over.

Down Draft

If target leaves the range for the application of the mark, you do 6d8 slashing damage for initial movement. If the target continues farther out of range of application, the damage is 1d6 slashing and the damage increases by 2d3 slashing per 20 feet.

Frostbite

If your opposing attack roll is equal to or greater than the attack roll on you, roll damage against them and give them disadvantage on the next time they attack you.

Inflame

Marked targets receive from you 1d6 damage of the weakened type chosen at the start of their turn.

Lightning Flash

Using your bonus action, you can take the attack action but you can only attack once with this feature. The number of attacks increases to two when you reach 14th level in this class.

Divine Empowerment

When you take the attack action, half of the damage is dealt to two targets of your choice within 30 ft of the target being attacked. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier and resets after a long rest. When applied to Rainstorm's healing, the healing for the two targets is equal to your charisma modifier.

Elemental Inspiration

You gain the following features based on the storm picked.

Gentle Rain

Increases healing per attack roll by 1 and any curses, diseases, or marks are made known to you although you don't know the specifics. If you do know the name of the curse, disease, or mark, as an action you can nullify the effects of all known curses, diseases, or marks for 1 hour. If there are side effects to the conditions being removed, this effect doesn't apply. You can only use this feature this way once and resets upon a short rest.

Refrigeration

Add your Charisma modifier to your AC and Divine Empowerment and Extra Attack features apply to the Divine Representative feature for Blizzard but only up to the amount of hits in that enemies turn if you have more attacks than them.

Searing Burn

Marked creature now has Max HP forcefully reduced by 25% for duration and cannot receive temp HP during Mark's duration and until 3 rounds after Mark has dissipated. If any of the enemy's HP was removed do to the mark, it is refunded after the mark has dissipated if the creature survives the duration.

Static Charge

Dice added to roll directly becomes 3d4. After the attack action has been taken and damage has been rolled, you deal extra damage equal to 1d6 lightning damage that ignores immunities and resistances per the amount of times you have used the attack action against a creature up to 4 times.

Temperature Regulation

Marked creature now has half of your charisma modifier rounded up added to the difficulty class for saves, checks, and damage rolls against them dealing with cold, fire, or lightning damage.

Harbinger of Aspect

As you've trained to strengthen your connection to the storm aspect of the elemental planes, you can finally apply the ideas associated with them directly to your fighting style. You gain abilities directly based on your storm's attributes.

Harbinger of Decimation

For 2 minutes in combat, every time you hit or are within 2 away from hitting, you decrease the durability of the object or person decreasing their AC by 1 permanently. On a crit, the AC is decreased by 3 and Inflame effect is placed on them doing fire damage that ignores immunities and resistances. The minimum AC that one can have using this feature is 8. You cannot use this feature this way again until after a long rest.

Harbinger of Prophecy

For 2 minutes in combat, for an action, you have advantage on all ability checks, saving throws, and attack rolls and all enemies have disadvantage when attacking you regardless of all circumstances. If you are given advantage on a saving throw, ability check, or attack roles separate from this feature that isn't canceled out, you instead roll it with 3d20s and take the highest instead of 2d20s and take the highest. You cannot use this feature this way again until after a long rest. Outside of combat, you can touch one object or person and learn the upcoming history without your involvement of the object for the next two months. You cannot use this feature this way again until a week has passed.

Harbinger of Souls

In combat as an action, you can mark all targets of your choosing within 60 ft of you with your mark making you know all ACs and vulnerabilities of the enemies marked. If they have no vulnerabilities, learn all immunities. If there are no immunities or vulnerabilities, discover all resistences. If there are no immunities, vulnerabilities, or resistances or no more to be discovered, give disadvantage to those enemies on their next attack, saving throw or ability check regardless of any advantage given by other factors. If a target is given advantage despite all other factors, this feature cancels it out if conditions for giving disadvantage apply but does not give disadvantage to that target. After using this feature this way, you cannot use it again until after you take a long rest. Outside of combat, you can touch three objects and people and search their history through the souls of the dead or their soul directly and find any information you wish. After using this feature this way, you cannot use it again for a week.

Harbinger of Supplication

As an action in combat, you can expel all of your healing pool to heal all targets of your choice within 60 ft of you and give them all immunity to two damage types of your choice for the duration. This resets the duration of your healing effect. You cannot use this feature this way again until after a long rest. Outside of combat, you can touch one object or creature and remove all curses, diseases, and marks afflicting it, but you store it in your healing pool as separate from your healing which can only carry the number of curses, diseases, or marks equal to your charisma stat. These negative effects in your healing pool do not reset when the healing pool resets. You cannot use this feature this way again until a week has passed. You can choose to apply the negative effect on a target in combat as an action, but it reduces your MAX HP by double your proficiency bonus for 2 days for each negative effect placed. If you decide to cure a target of their negative conditions with a healing pool full of negative effects, the number of random negative effects will be instantly released from your healing pool and be applied to anyone randomly within a 1000 ft sphere around you.

Harbinger of Thoughts

In combat for 2 minutes as an action, everyone and everything has disadvantage when attacking you, you have advantage on all saving throws and ability checks, and all DCs are lessoned by your Charisma Modifier when targeting you. This happens regardless of circumstances. If a person who has advantage regardless of circumstances attacks you, they don't have advantage against you, but you don't give them disadvantage either. However, your AC has your proficiency bonus added to it while they are attacking. You can't use this feature this way again until you take a long rest. Outside of Combat, anyhere within 100 feet of you up to 30 minutes, you can either find any information you wish that people within the range would know or locate any person you wish as long as you either know their name, distinct part of them, or their face. You cannot use this feature this way again until you take 2 long rests.
