Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

Wizards who choose this school operate under the idea that the study of the world, or science and arcana, are branches of larger theology, as it was the gods who created the world. That being said, these devout wizards strive to understand how the gods use magic, and what, if anything, really divides divine and arcane magic. Wizards who belong to tis school can use their unique views and theories to augment spells, accessing magic arcane and divine.

Wizard Theologian

You have begun to integrate faith and clerical studies into traditional wizard scholarship.

Additionally, when making a Religion or Arcana check, you may treat a d20 roll of 5 or lower as a 6. At Lv 6, a d20 roll of 7 or lower is an 8, and at Lv 14, a d20 roll of 9 or lower is a 10.

Additionally, instead of a wizard spell, you may add one spell from the cleric spell list into your spell book as if it were a wizard spell.

Pious Arcana

Studying the gods and their magic has opened the door to harnessing clerical magic

Choose a cantrip from the Cleric Spell list. This counts as a wizard spell list and does not count against the wizard cantrip you already know.

By studying the divine, you harness its magic represented by a number of d6s equal to your wizard level.

As a bonus action, you can choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you and spend a number of those dice equal to half your wizard level or less. Roll the spent dice and add them together, plus your Intel. modifier. The target can either regain a number of hit points equal to the total, or take damage equal to the total. You may chose if the damage is radiant (if you are good aligned) or necrotic (if you are neutral or evil aligned)

You regain all expended dice when you finish a long rest.

Inspired Epiphany

By studying the divine and arcane, you gave gained insight into the nature of magic, and have learned how to use this to your advantage.

A number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (min. 1), recharging on a long rest or by spending 3 Pious Arcana dice, you may spend Epiphany points on your spells or specific rolls, one point per spell or roll.

Using a point you may:

1. When you cast a spell that heals or deals damage, add 1d6, increasing to 1d8 at Lv. 10, to the damage and healing for all creatures affected

2.  When you attempt an Intelligence skill check, you may add 1d4, increasing to 1d6 at Lv. 10, to the roll.

3. When you cast a spell that forces other creatures to make saving throws, you may attempt to exempt some of them by spending a point, and 1d4 creatures of your choice then take half damage and no additional immediate effects.

Additionally, instead of adding a wizard spell, you may add another spell from the cleric spell list into your spell book as if it were a wizard spell.

Advanced Epiphany

The possible applications of your spells grow as your scholarship and faith deepen.

Epiphany points can now be spent in the following ways:

1. When casting a spell with a duration of 1 minute or more, you may double the duration

2. When you cast a spell under 5th Lv that forces saving throws, you may increase the DC by 1d4

Additionally, instead of adding a wizard spell, you may add another spell from the cleric spell list into your spell book as if it were a wizard spell.

Pansophy

The lines between the divine, the arcane, and the natural fades as your faith and knowledge reach their heights.

Once per long rest, you may spend a 5th Lv or lower spell slot and an Epiphany point to cast any spell from any list at the same level as the spell slot spend, provided you have the components. This spell uses Intelligence as its spell casting modifier.

Additionally, instead of adding a wizard spell, you may add another spell from the cleric spell list into your spell book as if it were a wizard spell.
