Base Class: Wizard

A Wizard who is schooled in such a fashion that it can control time with it's magical powers. A Chronomancy Wizard can control and bend time to it's side

Missile-Time

When you choose this school of magic at 2nd level, you gain the ability to see the trails of missiles targeted at you or you allies within 5ft as if they were fired in slow motion. You can use your reaction to enable missile-time. Until the beginning of your next turn, ranged attacks against you have disadvantage. Your regain this ability after a short rest.

Chronoclastic Empowerment

Beginning at 6th level, the strands of time bend under your will. Add the Slow spell to your spellbook, if it isn't there already. Your are immune to the Slow spell, and you gain the ability to empower your spellcasting when you cast slow. Creatures your targeted must make the initial saving throw with disadvantage. You can use the ability to empower Slow a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier, and regain all expended uses after a long rest.

Prescient Counterspelling

Starting at 10th level, you can see strains of arcane energy arc from the past into the future and fortify your own spells while making enemy spells more susceptible to your interference. Add the counterspell spell to your spellbook, if it not there already.

Prescient Defense When a creature attempts to counterspell a Wizard spell you cast, it must always make the check as if the spell were of a higher level than the counterspell spell slot used. Any counterspell ability checks against you have disadvantage.

Prescient Offense When you try to counterspell a spell of a higher level than your counterspell spell slot such that a ability check is required, you have advantage on that check. Your can use this ability a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier, and regain all expended uses after a long rest.

Chronosomatic Mastery

Starting at 14th level, you gain a deeper understanding of time that allows you to delay or even avoid damage. If you take damage and don't have temporary hitpoints, you can use your reaction to gain an amount of temporary hitpoints equal to the damage taken.
