Base Class: Monk
A Properly Psionic (Telekinetic) Monk subclass.
Telekinetic Thrust
Your mind awakens at 3rd level, you can thrust telekinetic bolts of force towards your enemies.
You gain a new attack option that you can use with the Attack action. This telekinetic attack is a ranged spell attack with a range of 30 feet. You are proficient with it, and you add your Wisdom modifier to its attack and damage rolls. Its damage is force, and its damage die is a d4. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of the Monk table.
When you take the Attack action on your turn and use this special attack as part of it, you can spend 1 ki point to make the special attack twice as a bonus action.
When you gain the Extra Attack feature, this special attack can be used for any of the attacks you make as part of the Attack action.
Additionally, you learn the Mage Hand cantrip. You make the Mage Hand invisible, and can cast it without any verbal or somatic components.
Telekinetic Initiate
At 6th level, you gain increased control of your telekinetic ability. You gain the following:
Minor Telekinesis: As a standalone action, or immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 2 ki points to cast the catapult spell as a bonus action.
You can spend additional ki points to cast catapult as a higher-level spell. Each additional ki point you spend increases the spell’s level by 1. The maximum number of ki points (2 plus any additional points) that you can spend on the spell equals half your monk level.
Telekinetic Shield: You can spend 2 ki points to cast the shield of faith spell as an action. Additionally, while your Telekinetic Shield is active, the Deflect Missiles skill also applies to ranged spell attacks. When you do so, the damage you take from the ranged spell attack is reduced by 1d10 + your Wisdom modifier + your monk level. If you reduce the damage of the spell attack to 0, you can spend 1 ki point to return the spell damage to the attacker in the amount of 1 roll of your martial arts die.
Telekinetic Adept
At 11th level, your full telekinetic ability begins to manifest. As an action, you cast the telekinesis spell at 5th level.
You may do this a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus. Once you've used the spell that number of times, you may spend 3 ki points to cast it again.
Master of Telekinesis
Your mastery of your telekinetic ability has granted you a flying speed equal to your walking speed.
Additionally, you can spend 5 ki points to cast the spell fly at 9th level.
