Base Class: Paladin
An order of paladins dedicated to the eradication of arcane magic. The Onyx Conclave has roamed the lands of Illuciar for centuries, and as magic returns to the common folk, the descendants of this ancient order once more pick up the mantle of judge, jury, and executioner.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Vision of the Order. You can use your Channel Divinity to identify spellcasters and target them. As an action, you can cast Detect Magic, with the additional benefit of noting any creatures within the radius that have the ability to cast spells. As part of that action, you can force each spellcaster of your choice that you can see within 30ft to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is blinded for 1 minute. The blinded creature can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
The Conclaves Resolve. You can use your Channel Divinity to prepare your allies against incoming danger. As an action, you can choose a number of creatures you can see within 30 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one creature). For 1 minute, you and the chosen creatures have advantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws.

Aura of the Conclave
Starting at 7th level, your proficiency in combatting spellcasters manifests in an aura. As long you are not incapacitated, any enemy spellcaster within 10ft of you that makes a concentration check adds your proficiency bonus to the DC.
At 18th level, this aura increases to 30ft. and imposes disadvantage on the roll.
Teachings of the Conclave
At 15th level, you gain the ability to thwart someone else’s magic. When you see a creature casting a spell or teleporting within 60 feet of you, you can use your reaction to try to magically foil it. The creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC, or its spell or teleport fails and is wasted.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses of this ability on a short or long rest.
Form of the Onyx Guardian
You reach the culmination of the Conclaves training, assuming the form of the orders ancient guardian. As a bonus action, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- You gain truesight with a range of 120 feet.
- You gain immunity to one damage type of your choice.
- You gain advantage on saving throws against spells.
- When you hit a creature with an attack roll and deal damage to it, you can also force it to make a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature takes an additional 1d8 radiant damage and is Blinded. On a success, the creature is not blinded.
Once you use this bonus action, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a 5th-level spell slot to use it again.
