Hey you know that Fighter subclass from the SCAG that was all around kinda horrible? yeah this is a better version of it

Rallying Cry

When you choose this Archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to inspire your allies to fight on past their injuries, bring them back from the brink and turn the tide of battle.

When you use your Second Wind feature, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus within 60 feet that are allied to you. Each creature regains hit points equal to your fighter level + your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). All Creatures healed this way gain temporary hit points equal to half of your fighter level.

Battlefield Commander

Additionally at 3rd level, you cam use the Help action as a bonus action. Additionally when you use the help action to aid an ally in attacking a creature, the target of that attack can be within 60 feet of you, rather than within 5 feet of you, provided both the target and your ally can see or hear you. 

Royal Envoy

Bannerets use their force of personality, and prowess to gain an edge in battle, and social situations.

At 7th level, you gain proficiency in both the Persuasion and Insight skills. If you are already proficient in these skills, your proficiency bonus is doubled for any check you make that uses Persuasion or Insight.

Inspiring Surge

Starting at 10th level, when you use your Action Surge ability, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus within 60 feet of you that is allied with you. That creature can make a melee or ranged attack with its reaction against a target within range, provided that they can see or hear you. These attacks count as attacks of opportunity for the purposes certain feats such as Sentinel or War Caster.

Bulwark

Whenever a creature within 60 feet of you fails a saving you can use your reaction to make that creature reroll that saving throw with a bonus equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum bonus of +1). You can use this feature an equal amount of times to your Indomitable feature.

Final Stand

In the most dire moments you can call upon an inner strength to bolster yourself, and your allies, for one last ditch effort.

Starting at 18th level, when you use your Rallying Cry feature you, and the allies affected gain a +3 to attack and damage rolls, ability checks, and saving throws until the end of your next turn.
