An Artificer who specializes as a Technician has chosen to buff and de-buff creatures with their flying spotlight. *CLUNKY*

Spotlight

You send  a flying machine over an ally or enemy to illuminate them, it will now track them when they move. It will stay hovering over them for as a number of turns equal to your proficiency bonus.  For the first half of the turns the light will glow yellow and shed bright light in a 30 ft cone, and it will give an ally advantage on attack rolls, or it will give an enemy disadvantage. for the second half of its turns the light will grow softer and turn pink above an ally or blue above an enemy and shed dim light in a 30 ft cone, giving an ally advantage on a saving throw type of your choice, or an enemy disadvantage on a saving throw of your choice. 

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier.

Adept Helper

Whenever a creature around you uses their Charisma modifier for a saving throw, check, or skill check, you can use your reaction to treat a roll of 9 or lower as a 10.

You can use this reaction a number of times as your Intelligence modifier.

Lights, Camera, Action

As an action you can tilt you spotlight sideways if it is currently out. every creature in a 30 ft cone originating from the spotlight must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell DC or take 1d12 piercing damage or take half on a successful save, and be blinded until the next turn.

Additionally the creature your spotlight is over will either heal the total amount of damage dealt, or suffer the total amount of damage the next turn.

You can use this action a number of times as your intelligence modifier.

Places Everyone

Using your action you can move people to their place for the next scene of battle. A number of creatures up to your proficiency bonus must make a wisdom saving throw or be moved up to 15 feet from their current location.
