Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Resonating Voice follow a tradition that focuses their Ki into manipulating the soundwaves casued by their voice. Some describes it as the final soundsbefore death, leading to these monks being names, screeching demons and death singers. This tradition is perhaps the most rare tradition, and some even say it is only accessible to those who have inherited the power from an ancestor. Less concerned with stealth, than most other monastic traditions, these monks' pack a powerhouse punch that lets them fight alongside the mightiest of warriars and highranking arcane practitioners, and take on ancient monsters.

You can spend all your Scream Points in a single use of your Ultrasonic Scream, which increases the save DC by 5, however this can take a significant physical toll on you, forcing all the air out of your lungs and expelling most of your energy, so if you use all your Scream Points in one use of your Ultrasonic Scream, you must make a Constitution saving throw, against your Ki save DC, or become unconscious, for 1d4 rounds, or until another creature uses an action to heal or wake you. The save DC for you, does have the +5 bonus.
Sonic Command
At 6th level, you can further manipulate your Ultrasonic Scream, using your Ki points, to cause additional effects.
Swift Scream
You can spend a Ki point to use your Ultrasonic Scream as a bonus action.
Piercing Scream
You can spend a Ki point to cause your Ultrasonic Scream to ring sharply in your targets ears, each target in the area must make an additional Wisdom saving throw, as their ears pool with blood. On a fail, the targets take piercing damage equal to your martial damage. The target can repeat the save at the start of each of its turns, taKing the same damage on each of its turns until it succeeds the saving throw.
Concussive Scream
You can spend 2 Ki points to amplify your Ultrasonic Scream. The damage dealt by the Concussive Scream deals an extra 1d12 thunder damage, on top of the normal damage from your Scream Points. Additionally all the targets that fail the Constitution saving throw are stunned until the start of your next turn.
Forceful Scream
You can spend a Ki point to cause all the targets in the area of you Ultrasonic Scream, to make a Dexterity saving throw, or be forced 15 feet away from you
Throat Strike
Beginning at 6th level, once per turn, you can focus your Ki into your unarmed strikes. When you hit a target with a unarmed strike, you can spend a Ki point to strike the target in the throat, provided it has one, and cause it to make a Constitution saving throw, or lose the ability to speak for 1d4 rounds. Also on a failed save, you can add your attack ability modify to the damage of that strike.
Additionally, your control over nearby sound waves, grants you resistance to thunder damage, and you have advantage on a saving throw against being deafened, by sound.
Thunder Storm
Beginning at 11th level, you can manipulate your Ultrasonic abilities into your physical attacks. Before you make an unarmed strike on your turn, you can spend a Scream Point to deal an additional 1d12 thunder damage on each hit on your turn. You can use this ability a number of times, equal to the number of Scream Point you have remaining.
Booming Voice
At 17th level, your Ultrasonic Scream becomes so powerful, that it causes bludgeoning effect inside the head of your targets, the first time you use it on a target or targets, you can spend 3 Ki points to give the targets vulnerability to thunder damage. This takes effect before you roll the damage for your Ultrasonic Scream.
Additionally you have advantage on Constitution saving throw.
