Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

You were unable to form a pact with a higher being, but less powerful creatures saw this opportunity to try and gain power through you. They may have forced you into a pact with them, they could have sought you out or maybe fate brought you together. Their motive range from wanting to generally help you, to wanting to use you as a tool/minion, to simply just wanting to be entertained, but regardless of the reason, they gave you the power to accomplish their desire for them. They can all be working together or actively fighting each other to be your only patron. They will be by your side and with their powers combine, you can set forth to achieve your goals, and theirs.

Patron familiars

At the first level, you can cast find familiar as an action without the need for material components or using a spell slot.

The number of times you can cast find familiar this way increases to twice at level 3, thrice at level 6, and four times at level 10. You regain all uses of this ability on a long rest.

You have one familiar at level 1, two at level 6, and 3 at level 10. The number of familiars you can have active at once increases by one at level 3 only if you choose pact of the chain. If you choose the pact of the chain, you get two familiars at level 3, three at level 6, and four at level 10.

What forms your familiars will take are decided at level one, and should be shared with your Dungeon Master. You cannot have familiars be the same creature, but they can be the same type (celestial, fey, or fiend). You cannot change the form of your familiars, but you can switch familiars by casting find familiar. You cannot permanently dismiss any of your familiars.

Your familiars share your initiative and take their turn immediately after your turn. Each familiar moves independently. If you make your familiars take an action( Dash, Disengage, Dodge, Help, Hide, Ready, Search, or Use an Object ), you can choose which familiars do that action, but all familiars can only do that action on that turn. If you cast a spell through your familiars, only a single familiar can deliver the spell.

If you take the pact of the chain as your pact boon and use your action (or bonus action with "investment of the chain master") to have your familiar's attack, they can all make an attack that round.

Once you have multiple familiars active at once, you use an action to perceive through your familiar's senses, you do so through up to two familiars at once. You can swap which familiar's senses you are using at will when using this ability.

*NOTE: for every familiar you have, the amount of familiars summoned by the flock of familiars  spell is decreased by one.

Patron's power

As a part of the pact with one of your patrons, you learn a first-level spell from the expanded spell list. It is treated as a warlock spell and does not count as a known spell. Once per short or long rest, you can cast this spell at first level without the use of material components or a spell slot. which spell you learn is based on the type of patron/familiar you summoned to at level 1.

-If it was a Fey, you learn catapult

-if it was a Fiend, you learn  burning hands

-if it was a celestial, you learn  cure wounds

Celestial

you learn the cure wounds spell and can cast it once per long rest at first level without expending material components or a spell slot.

Fey

you learn the catapult spell and can cast it once per long rest at first level without expending material components or a spell slot.

Fiend

you learn the burning hands spell and can cast it once per long rest at first level without expending material components or a spell slot.

Patron's protection

The first of your patrons granted you magical resilience. Based on the type of your first patron/familiar you gained access to at level 1, you gain a resistance as well as learn a new language.

-If It was a Fey, you gain resistance to physic damage and learn blink dog

-If it was a Fiend, you gain resistance to fire resistance and learn infernal

-If it was a celestial, you gain resistance to radiant damage and learn celestial

celestial

Since your patron/familiar is a celestial, you gain resistance to radiant damage and learn to speak celestial.

Fey

you gain a resistance to physic damage due to your first patron/familiar was a Fey. You also learn to speak blink dog.

fiend

you gain resistance to fire damage since your patron/familiar is a fiend. You also learn to speak infernal.

Patron's perservation

if you would take damage while at least one of your familiars is within 30 feet of you, you can use your reaction to half that damage. Based on the type of patron/familiar you gained you summoned at level 10, this gains an additional effect

-Fey: switch locations with a familiar within 30 feet of you

-Fiend: deal 3d4 fire damage to the creature that damaged you

-Celestial: heal 3d4 hit points

celestial

as part of your reaction to half the damage you take, you heal yourself for 3d4 hit points

Fey

When you use your reaction to half the damage taken, you also switch locations with a familiar that is within 30 feet of your position.

Fiend

when you use your reaction to half the damage taken, you also deal 3d4 fire damage to your attacker.

Fury of the Familiars

As an action, you can choose a creature within 65 feet of you. You then choose as many of your familiars as you want. Each familiar then teleports to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of your chosen creature. For each familiar that you choose to do this with, that creature takes  damage. The type of damage is chosen based on what type each chosen familiar is. Each familiar can partake in this once per long rest.
