Base Class: Fighter

Rhythm Combatants are very similar to the bard but are more on the combat side, having less support for more fighting power.  However, that does not mean they can't support others and help allies.  This mix makes them formidable on the battlefield.

Rhythm Power

You imbue your attacks with a rhythmic boost, increasing their combat power and making them more powerful.  Each weapon attack hit you make deals an extra 1d4 thunder damage.  This increases to 1d6 at level 7, and 1d8 at level 14.

Musicians Will

You fall down in pride, allowing you to sneak in one last trick.  When you reach 0 hit points you can take a free turn.  However, you cannot attack using this turn.  You can also take bonus actions like normal actions.

Inspiring Strike

You attack with power and style, inspiring your allies and giving them a boost.  When you make an attack, you can choose to subtract 1/4 your total damage from that hit to give a d8 to 3 of your allies on one role of their choice for 10 minutes.

Thunderous Strike

You strike, causing an ear piercing sound.  Once per long rest, you can make a performance check contested against the target's Constitution stat.  If you succeed, you deal an extra 5d12 thunder damage, and paralyze the target and deafen up to 3 creatures within 60 feet.

Rhythm Mastery

You become unsurpassed in your ability to weave rhythms into your attacks.  Once per long rest, you can gain back all charges on all abilities, as well as always having any thunder damage dealt by you or an ally within 30 feet treat resistance as normal damage and immunity as resisted damage.
