Base Class: Barbarian
Barbarians who follow the Path of the Junker tend to come from more urban environments, and are used to getting by and reshaping the battlefield to their advantage amidst disorganized fights. With their incredible resilience and ability to do brutal damage, these barbarians are constant threats to their enemies, and reliable protectors to their allies.
This reliability is a trait that carries over to many other aspects of their day-to-day. Most notably, in the crafts honed by a life of work off the town's scraps.
SCRAP WORKER
At 3rd level when you adopt this path, you gain proficiency in two tool sets of your choice from:

CHAIN HOOK
At 3rd level when you adopt this path, you gain the ability to pull creatures towards you. On your turn, you can use your bonus action to attempt to pull a Large or Small creature, that you can see within a 30 feet range, toward you. Make an attack roll against the creature adding your Strength modifier and proficiency bonus, on a hit the target is pulled towards you landing on an unoccupied space of your choice within 5 feet of you. For this feature to work, the space between you and the targeted creature must have the dimensions necessary for them to move through when pulled, otherwise it has no effect.
A NOTE ON CHAIN HOOK
Despite how this feature functions mechanically, you can work with your DM to re-flavor it into something that works better for your character or within the setting. Maybe for your character this feature is a magic force, pulling creatures towards them, or a weapon they use such as a trident or boomerang that does the same effect. It might even be a contraption built specifically by your character. playing into the tool proficiencies they gained.
TAKE A BREATHER

On your turn you can use a bonus action to spend half your barbarian level amount of hit dice + your Constitution modifier, regaining that number of hit points.
