Base Class: Warlock
The fay Unseelie Court has its spied everywhere inflitrating all the levels of various groups and bringing back coveted information. While rogues have many of the talents needed to accomplish these tasks, the fay see the power of spellcasting infiltrators which can combine their natural talents with that of magic. To this purpose, they have created the Unseelie Court Warlocks. With their charismatic approach to spellcasting and their tendency towards spells of influence, these casters make excellent social infiltrators.
Master of Deception
At first level, the warlock becomes proficient in deception. If the warlock is already proficient in decepetion, the warlock gains proficientcy in persuasion or performance instead.
Subtle Operator
At first level, the warlock can weave verbal components into regular speech and somatic components into seemingly innocent gestures. When a person is not specifically looking for tells, the verbal and somatic components do not give away that the warlock is casting a spell. If a person is specifically looking for tells or is otherwise on guard, the target can make a contested check of Perception or Insight (target's choice) vs the warlock's Slight Of Hand or Deception (warlock's choice).
Art of Distraction
At first level, the warlock can mimic any sound the warlock has previously heard and make it sound like it is coming from with 60' of the warlock as long as the origin is not blocked by solid objects. The warlock has mastered the use of this ability to cause distractions allowing the warlock to use Deception instead of Stealth when hiding or moving silently.
Clouded Mind
At sixth level, the warlock can generate an aura, with a range of sight, which causes targets to forget the warlock's presence once the warlock leaves their sight. For casual targets not paying specific attention, the effect succeeds automatically. For any target that is on guard or similar, the targets gets a Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the target is unaffected but in not aware of the aura. On a failure, the target is affected normally. Once the warlock leaves the sight of the target, the warlock's presence will be erased from twice the warlock's CHA modifier minutes of time. This ability does not help the warlock deal with the target while within sight of the target nor does it help with stealth against the traget since the effect occurs after the warlock leaves the target's sight. This ability is basically a magic version of the "...and we were never here" bribe.
Tell Me Your Secrets
At tenth level, the warlock can compel a target to truthfully speak about a suggested topic or truthfully answer questions about a topic. Treat this as a limited, at will, casting of the Suggestion spell that is limited to compelling speech such as "I am a friend, tell me truthfully what you know about..." or "Honesty is the best policy, answer the following questions truthfully...". The act can be resisted same as the Suggestion spell but, same as the Suggestion spell, the target is not aware that the ability was used on them. For the purpose of Counter Spell and/or Dispell Magic, treat this as the Suggestion spell up-cast to the warlock's spell slot level.
If the duration in which this ability is used is short enough, it can be forgotten with the Clouded Mind ability.
Hasty Exit
The warlock can use an action to place an Unseelie boon on a potential exit (such as a door, gate, window, etc). As a bonus action the warlock can teleport, along with up to CHA modifier creatures, to the potential exit as long as the warlock uses the action while in the structure that contains the potential exit. The exit will become automatically unlocked, if locked. Once used, the boon is consumed. A boon can not be created within the same long rest period as it was consumed. If a boom is created while one exists, the older boon is consumed.
