Flames of the Phoenix

At 1st level, you learn the cantrips control flames and produce flame. Additionally, whenever you would deal fire damage, you can change the damage type to radiant, and whenever you would deal radiant damage, you can change the type to fire.
Additionally, you have advantage on death saving throws.

Wings of Rebirth

At 6th level, when your flame is finally extinguished, you rise from the embers. Once per long rest, when you would be reduced to 0 hit points or killed, you can expend a pact slot to become stabilized and recover a number of hit points equal to four times your warlock level. When activating this ability, you gain a flying speed equal to 50 for a minute, as you manifest fiery Phoenix wings from your back.

Additionally, when you succeed on a death saving throw, it counts as two successes, and when stabilized you regain one hit point.

From the Ashes

Starting at 10th level, when you are affected by Wings of Rebirth, are revived, or revive anyone else, you regain a pact slot and automatically cast fireball without expending a spell slot or action, centered on yourself. The level of this fireball is equal to one third of your warlock level, rounded down, and you can designate any number of creatures (including yourself) to ignore the effect of the spell.

Additionally, you gain permanent resistance to fire and radiant damage.

Pinion of Incandescence

When you reach 14th level, once per long rest, you can conjure a Phoenix feather, from your patron themselves, as an action, which lasts for a minute. With it, you can either cast resurrection or fire storm as an action, without expending a spell slot. These spells still require all other components. Once a minute has passed, or if you have casted a spell with the feather, it disintegrates into ash and becomes unusable.

Additionally, you are now permanently immune to fire and radiant damage.
