Great Weapon Strength

At 3rd level, you are able to wield two-handed weapons as if they were versatile. Now when you wield these weapons single handed, you deal the damage die listed. Now, if you wield a Two-Handed Weapon with two hands, you will now deal damage die equal to double the amount of one die size lower. (For example: A Greataxe deals 1d12 damage. If wielded two-handed, it now deals 2d10 damage.)

Battle Lust

Starting at 3rd level, your Rage is replaced with Battle Lust. In battle, the ecstasy you feel on the battlefield is immeasurable. On your turn, you can enter Battle Lust as a Bonus Action.

While in Battle Lust, you gain the following benefits, regardless of the armor you are wearing:

  • When you make a melee weapon attack using Strength, you gain a bonus to the damage roll that increases as you gain levels as a barbarian, as shown in the Rage Damage column of the Barbarian table.
  • When you make a melee weapon attack using Strength, you also gain a bonus to the damage roll equal to your proficiency bonus.
  • You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
  • When you take damage equal to, or greater than, half your Maximum Hit Points (round up), your next melee weapon attack that uses Strength is automatically considered a critical hit.

Your Battle Lust lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your turn ends, and you haven't attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. You can also end your Battle Lust on your turn as a bonus action.

Once you have entered Battle Lust the number of times shown for your Barbarian level in the Rages column of the Barbarian table, you must finish a long rest before you can enter Battle Lust again.

This Should be Fun!

Beginning at 6th level, when you make a melee attack using Strength while in Battle Lust, you may spend an additional use of Battle Lust. If you do, treat all damage dice rolled for any attacks you make this round as if they were the highest value on the die.

Cut the Air

Beginning at 10th level, you have mastered control of your immense strength, and have become so strong, you can slice the air, creating a razor sharp slice that sails invisibly through the air, cutting anything in it's path. Once per turn, while you are in Battle Lust, you may spend an action to use an additional usage of Battle Lust. If you do, all creatures in a 15ft by 50ft line must make a Dexterity Saving throw, the DC of which is equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier.

All creatures that fail the saving throw take damage equal to your weapon damage and are knocked prone. Any creatures that save take half damage, and remain upright.

*You may spend an additional usage of Battle Lust to deal the Maximum amount of damage for your damage die.

The More the Merrier

You relish being able to fight as many strong opponents as possible, to best test and hone your skills, in addition the copious amounts of fun you have. Beginning at 14th level, whenever you take an enemies hit points to 0 with a melee attack using Strength while you are in Battle Lust, you regain one usage of Battle Lust. You cannot gain more than your maximum amount of usages of Battle Lust.
