Monks who follow this monastic tradition come in all forms. Some take to being swords for hire as a force of nature all on their own, others use their training to become performers who can use their skills in tandem with entertainment, it really is a case by case basis. Bonus Proficiencies

When you practice The Way of The Thunderous Blade at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with any simple or martial weapon that lacks the heavy and special properties and you gain proficiency in performance if you do not already have it. Any martial or simple weapon counts as a monk weapon for you.

Booming Barrage

The user concentrates their ki onto their melee weapon, filling it with unstable sources of thunderous ki that burst out on a successful melee attack.

When you use the Attack, you can spend 1 ki point to infuse your melee weapon with unstable thunderous ki until the end of your next turn. Any melee weapon attack that you hit deals an additional 1d6 thunder damage. You can expend ki points to deal an additional 1d6 thunder damage for each ki point expended.

Dance of Thunderous Resilience

You steel yourself and focus your breathing, you alone can take action in a brilliant display of thunder and steel. You steel your will to better shrug off effects that would dull your ever sharp senses. You gain advantage on checks to resist the stunned, blinded, and deafened conditions. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

Capoeria Combo

Your knowledge of the sounds of battle and the thundering cries of steel have allowed you to briefly share that knowledge with a comrade, engaging in a dance where you help them battle. When you are within 10ft. of an ally, you can use your bonus action and choose an ally to assist with your dance. The target ally gains advantage on attacks made while within 10ft. of you, they gain +10ft. to their movement speed, and advantage on Dexterity saving throws. The dance between you and your target ally lasts one minute. This effect ends if the target ally is more than 10ft. away at the start of their next turn.

This feature can be used a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier. 

Waltz Of Thunder

Your connection with the audible world around you is second nature at this point. An additional sense to your natural abilities. As a bonus action, you can spend 4 ki points to enter your Waltz of Thunder. Your every step, breath, and strike is that of a symphony of sound and thunder. Whenever you use the Extra Attack feature to attack twice, you can instead attack three times if all the attacks are made with a melee weapon, additionally your melee weapon attacks all deal an additional 3d10 thunder damage. You gain a +2 bonus to Armor Class. 

Your dance lasts for 10 minutes and ends early if you are incapacitated or die. This feature resets on a long rest.
