Base Class: Fighter
Captain Kym Fox, the Legendary Pirate Captain. Taken at a young age by the Üskarran Republic and turned into the strongest of the Bellatori, only to be trained and tempered into a weapon by her father. She has grown into her power, and while she faces many self doubts, her raw power is second to none.
Battle Euphoria
Starting at 3rd level, so long as you are not wearing any armor or a shield, you can use a Bonus Action to enter Battle Euphoria. Your Battle Euphoria grants you the following benefits for 1 minute:
- You can take the Dash action as a bonus action.
- You gain a bonus to your Armor Class equal to your Constitution modifier.
- You have advantage on Strength (Athletics) and Strength (Intimidation) checks.
- You have advantage on Strength Saving Throws.
- You gain resistance to non-magical Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.
- You can take an additional attack as a bonus action.
Your Battle Euphoria ends early if you are incapacitated, or you don a shield or armor. Once you have entered Battle Euphoria a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.
Unlock Limiter Level 1
Starting at 7th level, you gain the ability to partially remove your limiter, allowing you to battle at a greater height than before. Once per short rest, while you are in Battle Euphoria, you can use a bonus action to remove the first level of your limiter. If you do, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- You gain advantage on all melee attacks made using strength.
- You cannot be blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, paralyzed, or stunned.
- Melee attacks made using strength score critical hits on a 17-20.
- Your movement speed doubles.
- You ignore the effects of being exhausted.
- You ignore all difficult terrain.
When you exit your heightened state, you gain a level of exhaustion. Your unlocked limiter ends early if you are incapacitated. You can also end the state early at any time. If you end your heightened state at the beginning of your next turn, you do not gain a level of exhaustion.
Unlock Limiter Level 2
Starting at 10th level, you gain the ability to fully remove your limiter for short periods of time, allowing you to fight at your body's pinnacle. Once per long rest, while you are in Battle Euphoria, you can use a bonus action to fully remove your limiter. If you do, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- You gain advantage on all melee attacks made using strength.
- You cannot be blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, paralyzed, or stunned.
- You are immune to all forms of non-magical damage.
- Melee attacks made using strength score critical hits on 15-20.
- Critical hits scored with melee attacks using strength deal twice as many damage dice as normal.
- Your movement speed triples
- You ignore the effects of being exhausted.
- You ignore all difficult terrain.
- When you spend an action to make the attack action using a strength based melee weapon, you gain an additional attack.
When you exit your heightened state, you gain a level of exhaustion. Your unlocked limiter ends early if you are incapacitated. You can also end the state early at any time. If you end your heightened state at the beginning of your next turn, you do not gain a level of exhaustion.
Unlimited Mastery
At 15th level, your level 1 and 2 limiter unlocks do not cause exhaustion when you exit them. In addition, you enter Battle Euphoria automatically whenever you roll Initiative.
Unlock Limiter Level [ZERO]
Starting at 18th level, you've learned to push your body beyond it's absolute limit for a short time, allowing the pomarethol in your veins to completely overwhelm your system. You grow feathery, powerful wings, and are granted abilities and power rivaled only by gods.
Twice per long rest, while you are in Battle Euphoria, you can use a bonus action to break your limits. If you do, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- You gain advantage on all melee attacks made using strength.
- You cannot be blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, paralyzed, or stunned.
- You are immune to all forms of non-magical damage.
- You gain a damage threshold of 20.
- Melee attacks made using strength score critical hits on 10-20.
- Critical hits scored with melee attacks using strength deal three times as many damage dice as normal.
- Your movement speed quadruples.
- You gain a flight speed equal to your current movement speed.
- You ignore the effects of being exhausted.
- You ignore all difficult terrain.
- When you spend an action to make the attack action using a strength based melee weapon, you gain two additional attacks.
When you exit your heightened state, you immediately reach level 5 exhaustion. Your boosted state ends early if you are incapacitated. You can also end the state early at any time. If you enter Level [ZERO] for a second time in a long rest, and have an exhaustion level above 0, when you exit the state, you immediately die.
