Base Class: Warlock
After long, tiring hours of lonely studying, the Warlock was approached by a handsome man. Unbeknownst to her, this man is a powerful deity who understands his love's frailty, and thus takes every possible measure to keep her alive, even imbuing her with magic. This magic, whilst powerful, requires great attention and happiness to be fully utilized thus leading to a complicated life, revolving around adventuring, but staying happy and keeping her deity happy as well.
His Blessing
Starting at 1st level, when you cast a spell which restores hit points or inflicts the charmed condition, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + your warlock level (minimum of 1).
Safeguard
Starting at 6th level, you can call on your patron to alter fate in your favor. When you make any roll, you can use this feature to add a d20 to your roll. You can do so after seeing the initial roll but before any of the roll’s effects occur.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Depression
Starting at 10th level, when you cast a spell, you can choose one creature within 60ft of you that can see and understand you. That creature becomes hopelessly attracted to you and looks to you for emotional validation. While not actively engaging in conversation with you, the love-struck creature suffers psychic damage equal to 5d8 + your Warlock level at the start of each of its turns as its depression deepens.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Caffeine addiction
Starting at 14th level, you can invoke your patron's caffeine addiction. At the beginning of your turn, you can choose to use your bonus action to drink coffee. Doing so lets you take an extra action on your turn. This benefit lasts for three turns, after which you must use one turn recovering from the caffeine high.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Expanded Spell List
The lover lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.
