You can morph your hand or foot to have claws

You can heal your wounds with your regeneration power.

First flight

You can now spread your wings and fly, but be careful you're going to fall at the end of your turn. You also gain the ability to heal your allies with your feathers. Your tears can heal greater wounds.

You have resistance to fire damage

Phoenix's blazing heart

You are now a brave Phoenix. Your healing abilities have increased decently. You can now cast a feather storm that heals all allies around you. Your wings remain extended at the end of your turn. You can use your shout to buff your allies with temporary hit points.

You can now fly up to 50 ft.

You can carry up to a medium creature with you claws.

If you fall unconscious during combat, revert to 1 HP at the start of your turn instead. One time per long rest.

You now have darkvision up to 120 ft.
